eRepublik logic - Regions

Let me start with some finnish tits, so my regular subscribers are please😛

Now to that weird logic of eRepublik

In real life

Estonia:
Population - 1,286,540
Land area - 45,227 km2
GDP - $29.088 billion

Finlan😛
Population - 5,421,827
Land area - 338,424 km2
GDP - 197.476 billion

So Finland is over 5 times bigger country than Estonia in many areas.

In eRepublik

Estonia:
Regions - 5
Number of different resource bonuses - 3

Finlan😛
Regions - 6
Number of different resourse bonuses - 3

So in eRepublik we are basically same country by power levels. Somebody doesn't know any geography in eRepublik.

So how do they give out regions ? Only logic I can see would be the population density but that still wouldn't explain the weird region numbers with some countries. Feel free to comment your own experiences of bizarre region splitting.

Well, giving worse regions for richer countries makes the players spend more.

Yet, I somehow imagine all the players from poor countries put out their yearly salaries to get more might in this game.

Cry me a River. USA has all its 50 states (however small they are) and we, all countries of South America, got the short end of the stick.

I've noticed the same thing. It is basically impossible to cut USA`s bonus points.

Small countries wouldn't want to keep playing if they had only one to three regions to own.
