I’m not one to complain too often about the game and if I do, I try and take it all with a grain of salt. But there is a fine line between occasional mishaps and literally ^#%#ing on the community’s head.

I’ve spent two eLifetimes in eRepublik. In both cases I was lucky enough to be part of great tightly-knit communities, which made the game interesting enough(mostly through off-site means, but that’s an entirely different story). Bottom line is, I always looked past most flaws of the game, because it was fun enough to stay up at ungodly hours and discuss pretty much anything.

I’ve never been able to stick to two-clicking and I never really thought about quitting the game, no matter how rough of a ride I had, regardless of some of the bull#$%@ decisions that affected me directly.

New features don’t give me the goose-bumps. It’s just game mechanics, they can be conquered. And if I should be so lucky as to reach a position where I can actually manipulate said game-mechanics on a larger scale…kudos to me. I’ll entertain myself with it for a while, but I will always turn to the people around me in the end, it could be online Pong that we’re playing for all I care.

But as much as I enjoy playing with a group, it gets pretty hard to actually have a pleasurable experience when it takes 15 minutes to log in, 20 minutes to work and another 20 to train. I won’t even go into article navigation. That’s just too painful.

Bottom line is, after 1 year and 5 months of playing. I’m getting sick of your %^@&, Mr. and Mrs. Admin.

Sick of cracker-jack programming
Sick of dubious decisions in regards to rules
Sick of selective banning
Sick of flawed gameplay
Sick of feeling ignored(on a community level, not on a personal level)
Sick of having to think up excuses in order to keep playing

So, ban me for not using the appropriate channel of communication in my relation with the almighty admin but please fix the !@#$ing game. Don’t improve it. Just fix it. Stop everything, risk losing 3 days of people buying gold packs and SORT at least part of the issues out. Stop running a business, run a game.

I don’t mind starting all over again, but don’t make me do it for the same crap.

Nu sunt genul de jucator care sa se planga in mod constant de problemele jocului si in cazul in care o fac incerc sa pun totul intr-o lumina relativ amuzanta. Dar exista o linie subtire intre probleme ocazionale si a te &^%# in capul comunitatii.

Am petrecut doua eVieti in eRepublik. De-a lungul ambelor am avut norocul de a face parte din comunitati grozave si apropiate, fapt ce a facut jocul mult mai interesant(in mare parte utilizand canale de comunicare care nu aveau legatura cu site-ul, dar asta poate fi subiectul unui alt articol). Totusi, am incercat intotdeauna sa trec peste majoritatea greselilor din cauza faptului ca era amuzant sa stai treaz pana la ore nesanatoase si sa discuti despre…orice.

Nu am reusit niciodata sa fiu un 2-clicker, indiferent cat de proaste au fost momentele prin care am trecut si indiferent de unele decizii, dubioase, care m-au afectat in mod direct.

Noile feature-uri nu imi ridica parul de pe maini. Nu “ma &^&@” la gandul ca voi pilota un avion sau imi voi personaliza produsele la maximum. Sunt mecanici ale jocului si pot fi invatate, folosite la maximum de potential destul de usor. Si DACA voi avea ocazia sa manipulez aceste mecanici la un nivel inalt…felicitari mie. Nu va fi asta motivul pentru care raman in joc. Din punctul meu de vedere as putea sa joc si Pong online, atata timp cat il joc cu oameni pentru care ma trezesc la 1-2 noaptea🙂.

Ceea ce incerc sa zic este ca dupa 1 an si 5 luni de joc m’am cam saturat de $%$#$% dvs., Domnule si Doamna Admin.

M-am cam saturat de programare facuta cu picioarele…stangi
M-am cam saturat de decizi dubioase luate in legatura cu regulile jocului
M-am cam saturat de banarea/debanarea selective a jucatorilor
M-am cam saturat de un gameplay cu probleme serioase
M-am cam saturat de senzatia ca sunt ignorat(la nivel de comunitate, nu personal)
M-am cam saturat sa-mi caut scuze sa continui sa joc.

Deci, astept ban-ul pentru nerespectarea regulii in legatura cu canalul de contactare a adminilor dar va rog reparati jocul asta nenorocit. Nu-l imbunatatiti. Pur si simplu reparati-l. Opriti tot, riscati sa pierdeti 3 zile de achizitionari de gold-pack-uri si rezolvati macar cele mai importante probleme cu jocul. Nu mai priviti eRepublik ca pe o afacere, tratati-l din nou ca pe un joc.
Nu ma deranjeaza sa o iau de la capat, dar nu as vrea sa o iau de la capat in aceleasi conditii.
