Thanks to the outstanding effort of our members, eNOVA membership has now increased to over 300 individuals dedicated to the premise that through combined effort e CAN make a difference for citizens throughout eRepublik. eNOVA is a private, non-partisan solution engine that is guided by our organizational charter:
To support citizens of eRepublik to gain the experience and knowledge necessary to thrive in the game.
To compensate eRepublik players for their contributions to achieving the goals and projects of eNOVA.
To defend the national sovereignty and self determination of our member nations.

Welcome to eCanada, the newest member nation of eNOVA!
There have been plenty of questions asked since the announcement of the addition of eCanada as a member nation, therefore the process bears explanation:
eNOVA is open for membership to eRepublik players, regardless of citizenship or national origin, that want to make a positive difference in eRepublik. Once a member, participation in eNOVA projects is voluntary and compensated based on the successful completion of the project (or based on ongoing excellence). While eNOVA certainly seeks to instigate beneficial projects throughout eRepublik, the most effective method of organizing and focusing our efforts to the greatest effect is by partnering with individual nations in a member state relationship. As opposed to a trade or military alliance, our member nations are free to exercise whatever actions they choose (including going to war with other member nations, etc.). eNOVA is focused on adding value through that partnership to the citizens of our member nations, including deploying our Futures program, eRepublik education, wellness programs and gifting exchanges.
Furthermore, eNOVA is committed to the national sovereignty of our member nations, which is defined as a nation controlling all of its original territory as designated by the eRepublik developers; and eNOVA is committed to the right of self-determination, in which the citizens of a nation have the right to determine the composition and direction of their government through fair elections, without outside intervention. While our efforts at promoting self-determination for our member nations are much easier with the advent of the “Citizenship” improvement, the national sovereignty of our member nations requires the Lion’s share of our current resources. If you support the national sovereignty of our member nations (currently the eUnited States and eCanada), we urge you to donate to the cause here: eNOVA.
Every donation brings us another step closer to achieving our shared goal, thank you!
Finally, it should be mentioned that our efforts at national sovereignty for our member nations precludes any eNOVA support of territorial expansion beyond original territories.
Attention Canadian Citizens: Through August 31st, 2009 you can become a member of eNOVA for the "Welcome eCanada!" membership fee of 2g (vs 5g standard!)
If you are a national leader looking for details on having your nation join the growing list of eNOVA member nations, PM eNOVA!
To become an eNOVA member, which is available to all eRepublik players, simply visit our eNOVA Forums. Apply for membership and donate the membership fee to eNOVA. A representative of eNOVA will send you an in-game PM to confirm your membership and you are set to begin joining our project teams, earning rewards and making a difference in eRepublik!

As eNOVA continues to progress on accomplishing the many projects we have going, each with their own specified compensation package for the project team members, we are delighted to offer interim recognition of member initiative and contributions to our success. We call these gifts “eNOVA Rewards”.

eNOVA Member Promotions

I was asked by a recently promoted member how the promotion process works in eNOVA. The process is actually pretty straight-forward, if you are a member of eNOVA, highly active on our forum, come up with a great idea for a project and are can commit the time to build a team and accomplish the project, you will probably get an invitation to be a Project Manager. There is no cost involved other than the membership fee and your investment of time and effort in the project’s success.
If you are a successful Project Manager, eNOVA contributor and are willing to invest the time to support the efforts of multiple project managers in a given eNOVA Program, in time you will likely receive an invitation to join the eNOVA Council. Participation in the eNOVA Council can be very demanding on your time and therefore is reserved for members that have the time and ability to invest in eNOVA.
Mark it up to another benefit of eNOVA membership! Your commitment, and contributions, to eNOVA success is the only determiner of your ability to “climb the ranks”!
