Finally employees are starting to place their cv's, but where are the managers to snap them up?|||Finally employees are starting to place their cv's, but where are the managers to snap them up?
A strange phenomenon is occurring in the Netherlands. Several employees are ready to work, but employers seem unwilling to hire them! What is happening in the 12(!) companies in the Netherlands that they are not snapping up these willing workers? Hopefully interest in our great nation is not decreasing ot such an extent that managers are no longer interested in maintaining their companies. Our reporters will follow these events closely over the coming days.

hmm this article doesn't really do justice to the current situation.

Both employees who posted their cv's I have offered a job. With one I came to an agreement, the other hasn't responded to any offers. So the next step lies with the employees, not the managers
