I see lots of people complain about their lack of representation, their lack of voice, and their general dissatisfaction with the status quo. This always comes up AFTER THE FACT of a change they don't like, and it's almost always expressed by an angry and (usually) ignored newspaper article.


This is you, what now?

Time to wake up people. You have no representation if you wait until after the fact to get angry. You have no power when you wait until it's taken from you to complain. YOU AREN'T PLAYING THIS GAME RIGHT if you are reactive instead of proactive. You deserve more, but are you willing to step up and take it?

So you're angry, now what? First, watch the end of this clip on YouTube. The whole thing is amazing, but it's r/l political and we are not discussing that here. What I want is for you to listen to the end, and take it to heart. You must take this anger, this rage, this isolation and channel it into action. You must find a center within you to house this ember of rage, to use it for the common good. Only then can you transcend this 2-clicker irrelevance and become an instrument of civic duty.


Fly like an Eagle, sting like... an Eagle :3

Take these things that make you so angry and mold them into your driving force. If you don't, you are just another blip on the radar screen, voiceless and oblivious. Use this to get active, to become eEducated, to make this eNation your own. Use this anger to stay and clean up the mess instead of leaving in disgust. Use this anger to transcend your station in this eLife and become a force to be reckoned with.

Okay system, I will, but where do I start?

First off, I don't believe you. I'm not listening to you. Actions speak louder than words, and a LOT of people here are all talk no walk. All bluster, no muster. PROVE TO ME you want this by forging your own path in this eLife. Don't hang on the words of politicos and prophets, use your superior intellect to discern the proper path to take. And most of all, never let your ember fade, as you will fade with it and become voiceless once again.


Stay angry, stay hungry, don't relent.

You have to go where the real decisions about your future are made. You have to go to the National Forums. The majority of active debate is here. Be prepared to have to defend your positions with conviction. As with any worthwhile goal, it will not come easy. Learn as much as you can and defeat the enemy with cold logic and hard facts.

You will also have to get on IRC. Don't complain about not knowing the commands, if you're persistent someone WILL show you how it's done. I'd start in Our Main Channel if you don't know what you're doing yet. You should also visit the Public Congressional Channel and check this out for a small selection of other important channels, that list is not a definitive one but will get you started.

No more complaining about being shut out of your eCountry's decisions. No more whining about the state of your eCountry's affairs. This is your game, your eNation, your time invested. Take this opportunity to find your ember of rage and become something better than before. Noone else is going to do it for you.
