eLiverpool competition ended... Winner announced..

The competition is finished now. The jury had "loads" of job and it was "really hard" to decide who's version is the best...

It was announced that jury will consist of 3 Mayors: Widdows, me and one more... Now I want to introduce him...

But at this time we had no job at all. We had the only applicant for the competition... As it was told in the rules, if there will be only one competitor, he'll get first place and the prize of 60 GBP... The rest of prize money - 40 GBP - will be donated to Liverpool account.

Short history of Liverpool

We begin our journey on the 23 March...that fateful day, when one man stepped onto the beaches of Liverpool, with the dream, integrity, and ingenuity to become leader of Liverpool. Who it is? "Now came here to Liverpool, city of Reds, Beatles, Everton and other great things.. So I don't think I'll have time for boring here..." Liverpool has some bad history however. The biggest newspaper in Liverpool is the 313er. As Paddyohale says, "And how long will it be before they all lose interest and all go off and ruin some other game?" ( [a url=http://www.erepublik.com/article-8504.html]Article[/a] )

On the 30th March in Liverpool there was the creation of a new team! The Liverpool reserves! Although they sound a bit like a football team, these people are professional soldiers, ready to die for E-Liverpool. Where are they now?

SGT Paul Hudson (still in Liverpool, fighting crime and Germans)

PVT Gladiator (still training in Liverpool, has nice mansion and a strength of 5.57!)

PVT Slizer (surviving in Liverpool but is currently homeless. Damn those people! Don"t they know a war hero when they see one!)

Speaking of the military, Liverpool is currently has the second highest average military strength in the E-uk, with 3.87, right behind Bristol with 4.21. No doubt the number of gang fights and training of children as young as 10 in the use of firearms has contributed to this.

Speaking of gangfights, the number of deaths in Liverpool is huge - 125 altogether. Despite the best efforts of the level 1 hospital, Liverpool is flooded with dead bodies.

On the 21 May, a new mayor came into power - benskius. Yes, that same man who stepped onto the beaches, having no time for boring. How has Liverpool done under his leadership? Let his one quote that he said once winning the election echo throughout the passages of time.

"Everything what has a start will have the end too... just my headaches will last forever..."

I'd like to thank Stan for the job he's done with finding info in "old" news and writing the history. Also I'd like to add something from myself:

When I came to eLiverpool. The town was lead great by Smartbomb. He had done great job as mayor and as Minister of Employment.

eLiverpool was third biggest region in eUK, but the numbers was a bit not fair.

Almost every older eUkian can remember dakiller - multi, ex-resident of eLiverpool, who had nearly the full squad of football team of his "multi children" in the town... Despite everybody new he's multi, it was very hard to prove...

Nel started the war and was victorious, he got all required information, passed it to admins and dakiller and "his family" were banned. I hope to see the bright future of eLiverpool.. And hope that citizens of "gang fights city" will contribute to eUK and all New World.
