Elections in Croatia

Day 446, 07:41 Published in Germany Indonesia by Slavko

Dear Germans, dear friends of Croatia!

A few days had passed since the last presidential elections and now its time for me with clear mind and lowered passion to inform you of its outcome.

First Croatian president, Roby Petric, has retired after only one term leaving a great emptiness in our harts and in political scene in Croatia. And though this huge gap in our souls stays unfilled and make us all very sad, at the same time we are all filled with joy because his work will not stay unfinished and forgotten. It will be carried out by his close associate, our new president, Split1700.

Former Croatia Minister for foreign affairs and president of the second largest party in Croatia (Croatian Democratic Party – HDS), which has the majority in parliament in a close run won against his opponent, Sucko, the president of the largest party in Croatia (Croatian United Party – HUS). Although Split1700 was leading the whole time it was a very small advantage, and at the end he won with only 41 more votes. Altogether 526 citizens voted.

As announced in his presidential campaign he appointed his closed coworker in governmental positions:
Minister of defense and homeland security: Kokach
Minister of work and social matters: Sumski
Minister for foreign affairs: Relic
Minister of Education: andycro
Director of Institute of health care system: CopyPaste071
Director of Institute of statistics: imekojesepamti
Director of Croatian Red Cross- don Macky
Director of BioCroQ5 hospital: Tomislav

And at the end I wish to congratulate the new president of Croatia and wish him and his team all the best!

Slavko,
Croatian ambassador to Germany & German Congressman
