Join the new world

Dear eSouth Africans living in Limpopo,

Having lived in eSouth Africa for the last 2 months, I know that there is a lot to be proud of in our community, our people and our fundamental principles. There are many positives to build on. That said, the standing issues that came to a head in the past month have shaken many citizens and divided the community to the point that we need real healing and reconciliation. A community is about more than budgets, expenditures, funds and appropriations. It is about people, about relationships and about trust.

I am running under the banner of the South African Party, a vibrant and steadily growing party with centre-right views which tend to hold the most positive economical and social benefit both in real life, and in eRepublik. I endorse those values and will vote accordingly, while always taking the country's current situation into account. That means that I will take a pragmatic approach to voting, as crisis situations may require drastic measures to be successfully averted.

I believe for eSouth Africa to move forward, we need a selected congress that embrace openness, truth and accountability. Preserving the status quo won’t fix what is wrong. Listening to the people, recognizing the failures of the past and taking corrective action will.
