Election Day Hangover
Leo Ruby
Well, here we are the day after congress elections, and there has certainly been quite a shake up. The results:
Czech Solidarity Movement: 45%, 5 congressmembers, 252 votes
Czech Indepedence Party 27%, 3 congressmembers, 122 votes
PTOed-Blanici rytiri 18%, 2 congressmembers, 89 votes
Czech Socialist Party 9%, 1 congressmember, 59 votes
Czech Resistance Party 0%, No congressmembers, 22 votes
Unsurprisingly, the CSM took top place, due in no small part to the fact that they are made up of many of the Czech old guard. Somewhat more surprisingly was the CIP’s 2nd place finish with 3 seats. Rather disappointing was the CSP’s 3rd place finish with only one congressman, but due to the fact that we were so squashed together, many candidates who might have won had they not be running against more well known opponents were pushed down below qualification. In addition to this, the 40 votes wasted on the banned candidate ptea, rumored to be Michal Malkavsky, our banned president (if it is you Michael, good job! You became the 4th largest vote getter and president in one day!). But, it came out well in the end as the PTOed Blanici Rytiri received only 2 seats.
Another rather interesting development was the impeachment of president Vit Ruzicka, though I have a feeling most of us saw this coming, as two attempts had already been made. Vit has remained curiously quiet on the matter, but I do warn members that having been in this game for a while now, I know that disgruntled high-ranking government officials with access to orgs containing large amounts of cash have a peculiar of habit of stealing that cash and using it to flood the market with products, fund wars, or keep it for fun. I imagine Vit has access Ceska Narodni Banka, and it might be a good time to change the locks. One thing you can say about President Michael Malkovsky, we don’t have to worry about him giving us to Slovakia as a birthday present.
Finally, I have created a poll which you can access X
Please fill it out and results will appear in the next article.
Sincerely,
Leo Ruby

Vit is an honorable man. It would be understandable if he's upset, but he will return the organizations to which he was entrusted. I'm sure he understands why he lost the support of the government, and even if he disagrees with the decision, he will respect it.
Great article man,i am sure that vit will return organizations
Thank you both very much...I don't accuse Vit of anything, nor deny his honor, but I have seen it happen a lot, and known several of the perpetrators, and they were some of the country's finest citizens until they just couldn't take it any more....Manteliuks would be an example, or more famously, ThisGenMedia/Franco/Teacher
