Primero, gracias a los (claro, no son muchos) que votaron por mi.

Aunque estas elecciones hayan sido las más tranquilas que hayamos conocido, lamento la elección de algunos, no a causa de sus opiniones políticas pero porque son completamente desconocidos o dudosos. Estoy feliz de la elección de algunos, y lamento la derrota de otros que participaron en la vida de nuestra nación, como Pavka o Anthony Colby, o que según mis informaciones, deseaban hacerlo.


Se hizo un llamamiento para que los congresistas transfieran los 5 golds que recibieron despues de su elección al estado Boliviano. Lo haré, por supuesto, como lo había prometido (al menos cuanto alguien me indicara dónde dar estos golds😉 ). Y pienso que sería deseable que la lista de los miembros del Congreso que hicieron esta donación, que la hicieron parcialmente o que no la hicieron se publique de tal manera que en el futuro sepamos quien se presenta para el dinero, y quien con mejores motivos.


Lamento la ausencia de debates sobre el foro del congreso, y indico que excepto en caso de urgencia, votaré " no" a toda propuesta que no fue al menos presentada sobre el foro. A este respecto, deseo el fin de la división política en Bolivia y la vuelta de Sirlouen y de los que le siguieron, sobre el foro principal Boliviano (dirección: http://ebolivia.forums-free.com/). Siendo presidente de un partido, beneficiando del apoyo de varios eBolivianos, y siendo miembro del congreso, es necesario permitirle de expresarse alla.


Para terminar, tuve que votar sobre las propuestas lanzadas antes de las elecciones, y vote " no" a todas. Voy a explicar brevemente mis razones:

- Subida del salario mínimo a 3.5 BOBs: ausencia de debate

- Moción de censura contra Jesusfbo: ¿es necesario de explicar? El autor de esta propuesta estúpida es Patrick Cox, y desgraciadamente fue elegido de nuevo.

- Cambio de los impuestos para la comida : No fue presentada, y de todas las maneras, de nuevo la obra de patrick Cox, probablemente para ganar algunos xp.

- Cambio de los impuestos para los regalos: discutido sobre el " otro" foro. Sin embargo, no comprendo este eleccion (aumentar únicamente la "VAT"), aunque me parezca necesario revisar los impuestos para este producto, que son inexplicablemente bajos.

- Donación al " Gobierno de Bolivia" : no también. Eso vos asombrará, quizás, pero en este caso también pienso que es necesario al menos de anunciar este tipo de donaciones (los congresistas o el gobierno pueden hacerlo). Además, estas donaciones presentan un riesgo conocido, ya utilizado por ladrones: ¿ ven la diferencia entre " Gobierno de Bolivia" y "Gobierno de BoIivia"? ¿No? En el primer caso, la palabra " Bolivia" se escribe con un " L" en minusculas y en el segundo caso con un " i" en mayúscula. Aunque no pienso que alguien va a intentar esta tipo de robo en Bolivia (nosotros no tenemos bastante dinero), es necesario ser prudente con las donaciones, y en consecuencia anunciarlos.

First, thanks to people (well..not many) who voted for me.


Although these elections have been the quietest so far, , I regret the election of some, not because of their political opinions but because completely they're completely unknown or suspicious. I am happy of the election of some, and regret the defeat of others who participated in the life of our nation, like Pavka or Anthony Colby, or who, s according to my informations, really wanted to do so.


A public call for the donation to Bolivia of the 5 gold received after their election has been made. I will do it, of course, as I had promised (at least as soon as somebody will tell me where to send this gold 😉 ). I would suggest that the list of the congressmen who made this donation, made it partially or did not be published so that in the future we can know who runs for the money, and who runs with better motivations.


I regret the lack of debates on the congress forum, and announce that except in case of urgency, I will vote " no" to all proposals that weren't at least presented on the forum. Regarding this, I want the end of the political division in Bolivia and the return of Sirlouen and of people who followed him on the Bolivian main forum (for the recor😛 http://ebolivia.forums-free.com/). Being president of a party, benefitting from the support of several eBolivians, and being a member of the congress, it's necessary to allow him to express his views there.


Finally, I had to vote on the proposals made just before the elections, and voted " no" to all of them. I am going to explain my reasons briefly:

- Raise of the minimum wage to 3,5 BOBs: absence of debate

- Impeachment against Jesusfbo: do I need to explain? The author of this stupid proposal is Patrick Cox, and unfortunately he was elected again.

- Taxe change for foo😛 Not presented,, and anyway, again the work of Patrick Cox, probably to gain some xp.

- Tax change for gifts: discussed on the "other" forum. Nevertheless, I don't really understand ths choice made (raising only the VAT), although it seems necessary to me to review the tax level for this product, since they are inexplicably low.

- Donation to the "Government of Bolivia" : Again, no, even though it might surprise you. In this case too I think it's necessary to announce this kind of donations before proceeding with a vote. Moreover, there's a known risk with these donations, already used in the past by thieves: do you see the difference between " Government of Bolivia" and " Government of BoIivia"? No? In the first case, the word " Bolivia" is written with a low case " L" and the second case with a high case " i". Although it's unlikely that somebody will try this kind of robbery in Bolivia (we do not have enough money), it is necessary to begin to learn to be cautious with donations, and in consequence to announce them.
