Por la primera vez, el congreso boliviano va a elegir un presidente, que sera encargado de proponer las versiones definitivas de las leyes al fin de los debates, de empezar los votos, y de manera general de regular el funcionamiento del congreso.

Cada partido podra proponer un candidato (un congresista, evidentemente), aunque dos (o mas) partidos podran presentar el mismo candidato. Los electores seran los congresistas registrados en el foro nacional (los congresistas que ya no son registrados tendran que pedir acceso al foro de votaciones del congreso).

Por esta primera eleccion, los presidentes de partidos presentaron el candidato de su partido. Entonces, sugiero a los congresistas que quieren (y pensan que seran capaz de) ser presidente del congreso de contactar muy rapidamente su presidente de partido.


For the first time, the Bolivian congress is going to elect a president who will be in charge of proposing the final version of laws, of starting votes, and more generally of regulating the congress.

Each party can propose a candidate (a congressman, of course), though two or more parties can present the same. The electors will be the congressmen registered on the national forum (congressmen who aren't yet registered will need to request access to the "votaciones" forum of the congress)

For this first election, party presidents will present the candidate of their party. So, I suggest to congressmen who would be interested in being president of the congress (and feel they would be able to) to contact in short order the president of their party.
