Elders Vs non-Elders

Day 1,687, 05:15 Published in Pakistan China by IntrovertArim

Senior vs junior tension has recently took over nation leading to outlawry. Print media is buzzing with hymns and critiques all over. This tautness, though reckless for some, is a positive healthy annotation within the otherwise dull scripts of e-media of e-Pakistan.
The pride of elders and the hopes of younger are at stake in this mini-battle. Provided the arisen hustle bustle, Stink-o-Pedia felt it perfect to jump in and cause another ripple.

Seniors are respectable, as they had traditionally been there when Pakistan needed them over a long period of time. They spent millions of hours training in the camps, sweating on military ground to become as polished as they are now. Thousands of nights went by when they got their brain “shaked” in “political-shake”, trying to gain an edge over other “brainies”. This nation owes them a fortune.

New comers are vibrant, enthusiastic, and currently the life of e-Pakistan. They are running in the most active scenes of all the scenes happened to Pakistan. Though inexperienced, they are capable to win over a fortune 9which they owe to elders 😛).

Appreciating the above facts let’s make a national reconciliation ordinance (abbreviation: NRO 😛):

 Youngs are vibrant but lack experience. This means they lack power and strength to win a war single handedly. They should always consult elders before organizing wars.
 Youngs though caring and energetic but don’t have good relations with members of other nations to carry out good political deals. Elders should be put out-front.
 Though there is always a room for 180-degree change in Foreign affairs, but International Relations demands a stable and gradually evolving political shifting. Elders have enough patience to carry this through. They should be taken in confidence.

 Elders need to keep in mind that though they are all and all in wars and Foreign affairs, but retaliation (for whatever reason) among nation is their fault. It was their responsibility as wise of nations to keep it cool and play it safe.

 Elders did a lot for Pakistan, but they took a lot in return also. Their personal growth within game is testimony to that. Therefore in no respect they should ask for special privileges to be given to them just because they are seniors.

 Elders will always be needed as the guide. But there is always a difference between guider and manager.
