I don't believe all of the blame should be laid on Nowe although he is responsible for choosing his cabinet members, he has no control over how and when they leave, it can happen to anyone and I'm sure it has.

MeiFaWan, did you bother checking the World Map for that month? Fact of the mater is, we were never wiped. China declared war over a misunderstanding and then, when it was cleared up, they stopped. It is true that we likely would have been wiped if the diplomacy had not succeeded. However, to focus on that contingency is both misleading and beside the point. It is because of the diplomacy that there was not a tragedy that month.

Also, it is a credit to China that they were willing at that time to conduct diplomacy, unlike RoC in January of this year when our diplomatic overtures were all ignored.
