eIsrael government house auction

We have in government possession 3 houses (one Q2 & two Q3). These houses were recently donated by dedicated eCitizens to IFD (eIsrael official bank). I would like to sell these houses ASAP in order to make them work. So we will do an auction. We will start at Jun29 0:00 eRep time from low price and any eIsrael citizens can bid during 24hrs, houses will go to person who will offer highest price.
Currently Q2 is cost on free market 4.2G
Currently Q3 is cost on free market 7.8G
We will start with price 2.1G for Q2 house and 3.9G for Q3 house (we have two Q3)

@avinoam G: this newspaper is in English because in eIsrael we have a lot of English Speakers. We need to make it Bilingual, but it's the newspaper owner decision.
yo avi, it's the editor's choise whether to publish it in english or not and basically releasing a news paper in hebrew would make it pretty much private for eIsrael and we dont want that right now...
oh and i bid 3.1G on the Q2 house
