eHungarian point of view about returning Podolia to eUkraine

Dear eUkrainian Citizens & Friends,

as the date of the presidential elections approaches, the question of Podolia arises in the public debates in eUkraine. Here I summarize the point of view of the eHungarian government.

eHungary possesses Podolia based on a treaty between eHungary and eUkraine, signed 31 July, a week before the region went under eHungarian administration. In this time, your valuable region was occupied by eRomania. According to our agreement, which is valid also now, eHungary paid all the costs of the swaps and attacks to take Podolia from eRomania. These costs were considerably higher than 1000 golds, plus the costs of the defensive battle against Poland later. On the other hand, eHungary got three months of "free rental" period, which expires at the very end of October, still in the next presidential turn. Electing a president who tends friendly connections towards eHungary and PHOENIX does guarantee the return of the region at the end of October. However, if a proEDEN president starts hostile actions, breaking the agreement between Ukraine and Hungary, Hungary is not obliged to act as written in the agreement either.

The whole issue was necessary just because eRomania occupied Podolia, without any agreement with you and without any hope of such an agreement. It is not the first time in the e-history, and till now, it was always eRomania who took the region from you, and it was always eHungary, who took it from them to give it back to you after a pre-arranged period.

To give a short summary: we are really interested in a friendly cooperation of eUkraine based on existing treaties.
