We had our differences in the past and ATM, but I really didn't believed this law wouldn't pass. I know they "invested in Swiss" large amounts of gold, but that was in the past. I guess that they already spent that money. You need to fight for a month to set a good CO for 10 minutes.
It's not much, but I honestly wanted for them to get that 3000cc from treasury. Don't be mean. Lycan recently failed at dictatorship and spent some good money. I think he was overconfident due to the fact that he won the liberation war, which was a consequence of the determination bonus.
