Reading the Forums, one thing looks abuntantly clear:

We need more Mercenary Organisations.

That is why the Soap Box is proud to announce the establishment of a new
Mercenary Organisation: "eFight Club."

The Constitution and Rights of Members of "eFight Club":

The Soap Box will be the sole purveyor of any and all information
regarding the Organisation.

All costs associated with furnishing Weapons and Moving Tickets
to members will be borne by eFight Club, except Associate Members,
who must provide their own Moving Tickets.

A soldier's strength and damage would reflect that soldier's contribution.
A merc with only 2500 career damage would not get paid the same as
General.

We can be contracted by nation states and companies both.
Each rate is negotiated independently.
Lack of payment will result in severe penalties,
decided up by the securing agent in ad hoc nature.
After all, states and companies are in direct competition with eachother for
hearts and minds, it should come as no surprise that odds would come of end.

There is an individual entry fee.

2 Gold for associate membership, which allows you to
participate in contracts secured by eFight Club.
Associate Members must provide their own Moving Tickets.
All Associate Members will split 5% of total contract value
amoung their ranks.

5 Gold for full membership, which allows you to reap
contract rewards benefits. Full members will split 10% of
total contract value within their class.

10 Gold allows you to obtain 'Security Council' status.
Members of the Security Council would act as agents
for the Organisation, finding potential 'event' customers.
A job, or contract battle will be known as an 'event'.
Security Council Members will split 15% of all contracts within
its own class. This class also elects the Supreme Commander.

The customer will always pay the finder's fee to the agent which
secures the event contract - to be agreed upon between both
parties involved, but no less than 5% of total contract value.

*25 Gold places you in the Consul class - those members eligible to run
for 'Supreme Commander'. The Consuls will spilt 20% of total contract value
amoungst all in their class.

*This fee makes you eligible you to run for the position of 'Supreme Commander',
which entites you to 25% of every contract the Organisation secures and executes.
Each Supreme Commander is voted into power only by Security Council members,
and will have final say on any issue concerning the organisation, including veto power
on all contracts.

A term will last one month.

Membership status affects your 'contract multiplier' and represents your share
of the contract value, and the amount of weapons you will recieve for battle.

Associate Members receive one (1) Q1 gun per battle,

Full Members receive three (3) Q3 guns per battle,

Security Council Members receive five (5) Q3 guns per battle,

Consuls receive up to ten (10) Q3 guns per battle.

We recruit internationally to track down the tip of the sword
of players and focus their attributes singularly.
All members who bring in acceptable recruits recieve 25%
of the Applicant's entry fee.

It would also behoove such an organisation to own Weapons
and Moving Ticket companies of various degrees of quality.
New members with companies, or products to donate to the
Organisation in this nature will obtain the class of Consul status immediately.
If you only donate products, then you must still pay 10 Gold.
The Organisation intends on pursuing a policy of only purchasing Weapons and
Moving Tickets from companies within the Organisation itself, or from member's
companies.

I, Tyler F. Durden serve as Supreme Commander for the first term which begins
June 1st, 2009 after which, free elections will commence and repeat every month from the date
at which the Organisation acheives 5 or more Security Council members.
