My fellow Germans,
It benefits us all to allow companies in Germany to benefit from operating. Right now my weapon company is running a 5 percent profit. Anyone in business knows that figure is scary!
If you own a German Iron company....lower your prices to a reasonable level and I will be the first in line to buy your domestic product. Trust me I bought over 225 Iron off the German market when it got to about .011-.013 gold! Check the raw materials inventory of German Shooters if you have doubts!
German employees, don't expect to pull down the premium wages the top employers are offering if you do not keep that wellness up you will not keep the job. If you are an employee you can put your companies ID into any number of calculators and see the damage you do of working for full wages with under wellness.
German weapon buyers, taxes such as they are do not allow us to profit at all below a price of around 6.80 to 7 DEM! Stop making us go that low or you will see our stellar arms manufacturing decline a slow death.
Inset picture is my actual company with my wages and net revenue per employee distorted. But as you can see, no one in my company is paid less than the recommended! My numbers don't include VAT!

I agree fully! My companies are running lean mainly because of foreign product dumping and employees with no wellness expecting a full paycheck. Unfortunately the latter forces me to not offer well paying jobs for beginners n my company because I never know if there will be an issue with wellness until after they are hired.

It's always easy to point at the others. I'm running a german Weapon-factory too and it is able to gain money with it.
It's hard work but that's elife 🙂
Iron-Price: egermany is a medium-iron region, don't expect the lowest prices in the eworld! You can use your org to buy the Raws elsewhere
Employees: My employees are doing a great job because I talk to them! I explain them how to handle the wellness, when to go to training-wars and if ever they fall under 40 wellness, I offer them gifts. If they don't react, I use the "fire"-Button, that's what it's made for.
and if i rememer well, it was always the "german shooters" who offered the best loans and the cheapest prices on the market, so stop pointing on others and think about the way you do your business.

I did that solely because I had over 100 weapons piled up! I needed some cash flow badly.
You guys should rise your prises to a wealthy level. The point is - you were lowering the prices every hour and now there is no way to make some money. If I would sell my weapons, I would actually loose money, so I produce on stock, which is not good for my citizens account...
Maybe the German weapon company owners should discuss a floor range?
I used to own a q1 weapon company, but I upgraded it to q3 because of how tough the market was.
I was able to make a small profit, but only on days with training wars. Unfortunately now that the DEM has lost value again, it is harder to convert weapon sales into gold to buy foreign raw materials (buying locally is impossible with 10% import tax and a medium region). I think this is the main source of your troubles, raw materials eat up a lot of my profit, much more than they should.
anyway, just my "two cents" 😛
That sums up my troubles and ..... the darn VAT!
