Economic Mandate for Russia

Passed by the Russian people was the following wage structure for our nation. And because I cannot post the picture I'll place the data below.

Q1: Skill level 1: 4.5 Rubles
Q1: Skill level 2: 5 Rubles
Q1: Skill level 3: 5.5 Rubles
Q1: Skill level 4: 6 Rubles
Q1 Skill level 5+: 6.5 Rubles

Q2: Skill level 2: 7 Rubles
Q2: Skill level 3: 7.5 Rubles
Q2: Skill level 4: 8 Rubles
Q2 Skill level 5+: 8.5 Rubles

I urge all members of Russia to go to the forum for further information regarding this process. We tried to make it as democratic as possible and these wages are TEMPORARY until we get Western Siberia and can begin developing more industries than just Grain/Food.


Also workers who were previously in manufacturing will work in the new foods company which will be specified at a later date.

All worker who were previously in either land or constructions you will be placed into the grain company named Soviet State Grain.

When these companies are made I will make an announcement and our Commissioner of State Welfare, Amon Amarth will then ensure that our plans for worker allocation are met.

I want to make sure that your voices are herd and the proper measures are placed within our Economic committee to fit YOUR needs.

Is the forum. For workers who feel they are being exploited or mis-represented you need to bring it up with the proper Committee owner. Currently that will be Amon Amarth as he will be controlling the grain/food company (which will come soon). Amon will express the concern to me directly, and from there I will manipulate wages or worker allocation to fit your needs. I work directly with soviet leadership, closely with Manifesto, Foreign Legion, and others.

I want your voice herd and I want to make sure you are treated fairly.

I have set up a future wage system which will be debated and eventually passed for YOUR vote on this new forum once Western Siberia is free. That is, a direct democratic vote and all of you can participate (unless you are not even going to participate in these companies, but that's obvious). So I hope you will all come and express your opinion.

If you feel Amon isn't talking to me about your problems you should send me a PM either through eRepublik or through the forum and I'll try my best to answer you.

Again, these companies are just now being set up and it will take a day or so to get ready so be patient. So please subscribe to my newspaper to get the news on when the next company will be ready for you guys to work at.

FOR RIGHT NOW: We will be paying people 5 Rubles for working in the grain company, food will be set at .2 Rubles so you will be fine. But please don't send me messages telling me what you're getting paid. Once a food company is established the above plan will be implemented.

On a final note I would like to say welcome to Russia guys. It's been a lot of work and a lot of drama but we're finally here.
