We need as soon as possible a designed avatar for the army. An army avatar that don't cover the whole avatar, but is on the side, like what PLA uses.
We really need it. But we don't want to get a bad one. We solve it one time.

We give the possibility to win 3 GOLD for the one who can create the best one, the best work.
Anyone can create one. And if you are done, just send a PM and with the uploaded avatar.
I will put it in an article where the members of the army will discuss which one is the best.
