A parody, not to be taken seriously

Polokwane, South Africa - How did they build the pyramids? Nobody is quite sure. But if you took the time to watch an experienced group of citizens erect the National Circus Tent, you’d have a pretty good idea.

Visiting statesman, eBama, during his speech this Saturday to new citizens of Limpopo province, hinted at an unknown but looming crisis indicating a shortage of big top tenting equipment, the visiting statesman was overheard to say that "eSouth Africa requires faire poles". Country President Miyagiyoda and his top aides were visibly shocked at the town hall, as they were not briefed on a situation regarding circus tents in eSouth Africa.

One political analyst said it was ironic that eBama would talk of the need for faire poles in eSA when his own country maintained its dubious system for propping up its big top tents using poles produced by the local SAGP (South African General Poles) organisation, apparently to have been done through a new NGO rumoured to be called Three Faire Erections company.

The SAGP spokesperson, Prelen, dismissed the allegations. "They should be named and shamed, and the public at the next erection should know whether or not the opposition candidate was one of these clowns spreading these rumours", says Prelen.

The Black Lion Front circus well known for its majestically maned lions, boasted that it has a unique Big Top tent design that offers better sight lines for citizens and, for the crew, a shorter, simpler erection process. It also slammed the current regime for pole-rising erections in the circus tent raising industries.

The UP (Universal Poles) declined to comment on the deteriorating and increasingly sagging situation of the National Circus Tent. However, it did confirm that it is exploring the option of "lobbying the equality court, over the rights to being the Biggest Circus in eAfrica".

Meanwhile, eBama's spokesperson has denied, seemingly with plausibility, that the eBama administration has had any idea of who started the rumour of a crisis in the eSA big top tenting industry, much less what on the eWorld our reporter is asking about.
