I owe my wealth to many people within our country. Bilbarus first and foremost for dragging me into this "war game," Corny-Ratbag, Patti11, and everyones' most hated player, the Australian Warlord, have all been great mentors. I have taken something from each of them and studied the game. In my studies I have found some great inefficiencies and ways to vastly improve. I will say that my studies have been on the monetary side of the game focusing on production and monetary efficiencies.
I have been highly critical of our Centrelink and their Wellness Program and it's tremendous waste of tax payers' money. I propose to personally finance the "eAustralia's Private Wellness Program."
I will help you get your wellness to 100 literally over night!
I will foot all the upfront costs!
You will be healthier, produce more for your employer and be able to earn a higher wage!
You will travel to a country to fight in a war.
You will use their hospital.
You will come home the very next day.
Work before you leave and work as soon as you get back and you will NOT lose your Hard Worker Medal.
I will gift you to 40+ wellness which is required to fight. I will buy you 2 Moving Tickets which are required to travel there and back.
(You must be "Level" 5 or higher to fight. If you are below this level do not fear! You will be there in just a few days!)
Upon you entering this program I will calculate the cost to bring your wellness to 100. As stated, I will pay ALL upfront costs as most of you that need this help cannot afford to help yourselves right now. I do ask that you repay me on an honor system. There will be no contract. There will be no emails asking for money. I truly believe that our decent, honest citizens will use this program to strengthen themselves and prosper. In return our country will prosper greatly. Repaying the financing is not required, however you will greatly benefit financially from this enhancement. Your repayment of the financing will allow me to fund others that cannot afford to help themselves yet and help our country become stronger.
I do ask that after I invest in your wellness that you do maintain your wellness level of 85 or better. I also ask that you report to work every day. This will help your employer and our country. You also earn a Hard Worker Medal and 5 Gold for perfect attendance for 30 days. 🙂

I would love if my workers did that. They have bad Wellness.
I don't mind paying some money to them if they need.
Havind good Wellness should be a Law, but i kinda unterstand in Autralia because there are no wars, in Portugal there are about 1 a Week, it's better than nothing.

this is a very good idea, the current centerlink system is quite unreliable and you will end up losing more wellness and money going with them then with this.
the government needs to relise that having a Q5 hospital company and wanting its workers to be in top form but not helping them achieve that goal is rediculous.
i personally will be using this program, its alot more effiecent and cheaper way to raise your wellness.

but if you have Wellnes 50, then 1 fight
it is enough to fight.
and you can use in the hospital .... and dont forget, after the hospital is not allowed to fight because you can not make up for the lost wellnes

I think the benefit of this is that you need to fight at least once to get your super soldier gold, so no-one should begrudge paying the money back in full. I can pay my own way but for both my sons that are playing as well, I'll suggest this to them.

I was thinking of buying a diamond co and branching into wellness, but I'd rather find a high wood area and go into producing housing coz long term I think houses will be better

Great initiative - good to see. We're still working on giving centrelink a facelift - it's proving more difficult than first anticipated, but it's good to have the private sector proving itself.
We'll show the socialists we don't need government interference in the economy one step at a time.
Also, workers be sure to email back to your employer telling them that you're leaving but you will come back, or else you might not have a job waiting for you when you get back. At least, not with your old employer. So employers, don't forget to place job offers to replace the workers you lost right away.
I work for Org-PT-AcE and my wellness is 38. He said to look, but how would this work? Does he back me or do you?

This is a very good point. Trying to keep the article as short as possible some key things like what you pointed out were not yet included.
This program is put into place to help our citizens, our businesses, and our country. Employees SHOULD let their employers know what they are doing. I am sure any employer will approve without an issue. I propose that the employer offer them their job back at the same pay, or a higher (as they will be much more productive now) when they get back.
My personal experiment had my company at the time, Kangaroo Steaks, post my for 1 AUD so I could easily get it back. They then raised my pay back to where it was.

Centrelink is NOT a bad idea. It has done a lot of good. This program may be a little more efficient and cost effective. We will see how it goes. 🙂

I'm in. Since my ill fated trip to Austria my wellness has been down at 22
I'm definitely interested but will need some pretty clear instructions - I don't get this war/wellness thing just yet. Also, I have scruples. I am happy to fight in resistance wars but not one nation against another. Does that still allow enough scope to make this work?
As a by-comment, what makes RW Australia great is the combination of public and private schemes for just about anything. It's great to see the same concept embraced here. There will always be people who won't take the risk - even in a game - so there will always be a need for governement support. If private schemes can complement that then all the better!!!

Voted - If this works (& there really are no stings attached) then it's a great idea.
I hope the eAustralian government is taking notes, after all, it should not be left up to a private citizen or org to implement this kind of scheme.
Besides, the govt is the entity in the best position to benefit most from this, as the improved collective citizens strength improves our military (& therefore diplomatic negotiating leverage) and also improves our economy through improved efficiency - leading to more economic activity & therefore, more tax revenue.
In fact, I suspect that such a scheme, if run by the government, might just end up paying for iteself for just this reason. The increased tax revenue should make up for any shortfall in people who cannot or will not repay the loan.
WOO!!.. I now have 80 wellness. only a few hours ago I had 30.
And this time tomorrow night i'll be back in Australia with 100 wellness and not missing a day of work.
This is a great way to get new players perfect wellness. much more effective then centerlink.

If ALL of our wellness was 85+ we would DOUBLE our output. We could then afford to buy export licenses and export our extra goods. We will ALL grow stronger from higher wellness.

Thanks for the update! That is AWESOME! 2 Moving Tickets on average cost about 30 AUD and each Gift on average is about 2.8 AUD. Prices do change as the market changes. 🙂
I am putting together a list of all of you that requested help. 22 wellness will take a couple days as we can only Gift 10 wellness a day.

I did the wellness plan just now. It was a great experience getting to go to a diffrent place. I'm now spending the night in Romania on here and the whole thing was paid for. I am really glad I did this and that my wellness is now going to be all the way up.

Well, atleast the people who work for companies. One of the things I liked about it was how it was fully paid for. Again, I am glad I did it.

its Br0adside* 🙂. and to be truthful, i had low wellness b4 2 m8, after we gained Australia, i fought in the RW's and ended up with low wellness because I didnt plan things right. do you want to know how I got back to 100?
easy, I worked my butt off and got the correct food, this process was repeated until I eventually made enough money to afford a q1 house, I bought that and continued until I was high wellness and had enough Money where i had bought a q4 house. this is my current situation.
q4 house, 100 odd wellness, good food and high skill level in my selected industry (Land). to add on the topping, I enjoyed every single bit of it, I didnt need to fight to get good at what I do.
