Reinstallation of Organizations
This article to the game-makers about organizations is not official E$C advice, but personal advice from 24MelloYello. I have played eRepublik off-and-on for about 3 years, so many of these suggestions come from former versions of eRepublik.

Organization Advantages
Reinstallation of Organizations would provide great storage for companies and especially programs. Organizations are great for a company, because it makes it easy for a player to separate his own funds and the supplies he needs daily. Organizations are great for programs because they provide a great treasury of supplies or money used by a program.

Existing Organizations
When eRepublik put an end to the production of organizations, they offered players gold in return for the deletion of their organizations. Those organizations that were kept in business, never deleted, could still exist. The result is that now, a few hundred days after the deletion of organizations, players that existed throughout the deletions until now have an advantage over the players just starting. These players can own a organization, while new players cannot. Remove this advantage; allow for organizations or delete them entirely.

Login Issue
I have given some reasons why eRepublik should allow for organizations, but before they can they have to fix a specific login issue. Back when organizations could be created, players logged in by their eRepublik name, not their email address. When players created an organization, they often used the same email address as their player. As a result, before eRepublik ad organizations again, they have to change the login back to eRepublik name, so players can use the same email address for player and organization, but still login to both.
