Citizens of the eUSA:
As you have probably heard, we are planning a rent of a total of five of our eUS states/regions to three other countries: Poland, Ireland, and Sweden.

I am here to confirm that this is TRUE.

We have been discussing this rental plan with the nations involved for the last few weeks, and have recently concluded talks with all three sides regarding the situation.

In total, this deal will be bringing the eUS a total of 3400 GOLD in rental revenue every month.

We understand worries you may have over keeping our United States, well, united. However, I see this as a great way to both help patch up old problems between the eUS and Poland, as well as to further our ongoing relationship. As for Ireland and Sweden, two countries that have never caused us trouble and have always been supportive, this deal will only further extend the hand of friendship.

In other words, in this case, the benefits far, FAR outweigh the costs.

In addition to furthering our diplomatic relationships, this rental plan will also mean that these three countries, Poland, Ireland, and Sweden, will be within striking distance if any foreign country attempts an invasion upon the United States, a la WWIII. For example, if Russia attempted to attack the US and Canada again, we as a whole would be able to foil their plans by blocking them with possible attacks from at least five different fronts: Canada, USA, Poland, Ireland, and Sweden. This is highly beneficial to our homeland security.

Perhaps the most obvious reason however is this:



3400 gold/month is a large sum by any means, and would greatly help us in any of our financial dealings, and would greatly augment our current finances. That 3400 gold coul😛
-Allow for tanks to tank 1.3 MILLION damage in a crucial battle
-Purchase over 45 THOUSAND Q1 guns for a program such as Sabers for Serbs or Guns4Huns
-Build or purchase more than NINE full Q5 hospitals or defense systems
-Pay for 34 MPPs with allied nations
-Build 8 Q5 tank/heli/artillery factories in V2 and still have gold left over

In short, this large sum of gold is in short, large. With this extra gold, we as a nation could do bigger and better things. The revenue we get from this deal is IN ADDITION to the two major reasons listed above, and this all adds up to an extremely favorable deal to both us and our allies who have no high resource regions themselves.
