Chapter 2:

“Where is this place?”

“This is the eWorld, duh!”

An uncharted island.

“Hey! You two! Stop arguing! Guys! We’ve got the last two leaders here. Shall I let them in?”

“Yes...”

It was on an unknown island, invisible in the maps of the eWorld, that some mysterious people had met...

“How was the recording?”

“Good...”

Then silence came. Pure silence. It was so quiet that it became so deafening. It might be because they’re not talking. Or their talking was so silently, it felt like no one really said something to someone. We’re these people just sitting in this island?

“What the?! The US is being eaten alive! And what are we doing here? Sitting?!?!”, the shout broke the silence.

“Yes. It is being eaten alive.” The voice of the man that replied was calm. Professional, even. “So?”

“So... So? So?! D*mn it you all! I’m out of here!”

“Heh... Americans. They really don’t look at the big picture. Is everyone still following?”

“Yes, we are following. But you just could not deny the fact the he loves his country, too...”, someone responded, his voice thin.

“I understand, comrade. But sometimes, we need to take some sacrifices.”

“I know, but how much more are we going to sacrifice?”

“Just a little more...” A sly smile broke out from his face. “General, give the command.”

“Yes, your honor.” The ‘general’s’ voice was strong. He turned his radio on. “ Commence Operation Hellbreak.”
