This law will donate 10'000 INR to Ministry Internal Affairs that is controlled by the spanish government...

It links to the DL forum. Why do you discuss of donations in your forum and dont discuss in the Indian forum?
Like i have proposed in other my articles:
- LAW OF TRANSAPRENCY: the government MUST do a list of movements that will do with the bank account or any other accounts
- MONOPOLY OF MONEY OF THE BANK: ONLY the bank will have the disponibility of statal money, if government want to use that money must tell WHY and FOR WHAT want use that
- MONOPOLY OF CONGRESS FOR LAWS: every law must be first proposed and discussed in the forum before propose that in game
- SRACHIT AT BANK: srachit should remain the governor of the bank.
- LIBERALISM: government and congress should say less as possible for the market affairs
Congratulation srachit, dionysus, and others of india first party (that want to dialogue with DL spanish party): spaniards will use these 10'000 INR to buy from their companies and donate useless food or houses to citizens.
Tomorrow vote FREE INDIA for a real INDIA FREE of other countries supremacy.

How transparant were you when you were in control of the bank.
We trusted you, but our trust in you was misplaced then. Nobody told us beforehand that the gold was going to be donated to Italy. Only after we asked a several times, you told us why. There was nothing on the forum.
It is quite hypocritical for you to judge them for not being transparant enough about their policies. In another article there was this reaction by a DL party member:
"I was speaking with Lautar0 and we are thinking that the ministery will need more INR for futures projects, for this I (Thay Dragon) want to propose the donation of 10.000 INR, we must develop our policies." -Thai Dragon
We, as people, should have been informed beforehand, but with some explanation I am okay with the donation of money to Ministry, as long as good things are done with it.

I have only 1 question: why is this donation law beeing discussed on the Democratic League Party forum and not on the officiale forum set up by Srachit (as I thought it would have to)?

Do you agree to transfer 200 GOLD from the country accounts to Indian Government Bank?
This was the ammount of gold stoled by the Italians....
what is said is true....i do trust ipnotik , but the transfer of the INR to internal was a fishy thing to do....i suggest you put this up on forums and return the money to government
