Hello everyone,

I have contacted with George Lemnaru with the series of events that have been on going. I have created an interview and asked him several questions but these questions will be answered next week. He wanted me to collect questions in general lines so that when I interview him next week he will answer most of the series of questions that came from the user society.

Here is the interview that I have sent for George Lemnaru, if you have more questions please send me pm or write down a comment so that when I go and interview him and ask several questions he could give you sceptical answers.

My questions in the interview :

1) As you have noticed there are lots of players formed by old players and new players and are displeased about the innovation process and the lack of communication related to the improvements. In your point of view (if you were just a normal player), what would you have to say? Also in a point of view as a (developer of the project) what are your key suggestions?

2) As all know that companies are more interested on how to monetize their profits as erepublik is a company. Though as we have read Alexis Bonte’s comments we could see that there will be some monetization or tweaks with the upcoming changes. In a perspective view what will you have to comment about these issues?

3) Rumors are talking about a unification system some of the users are commenting about what’s the pros and cons. As a matter of fact several of the society where playing this game for its economic model, but as with these innovations the whole system is personalizing everyone where no manipulation can be done on monetary markets what are your thoughts and what might be done as for solutions?

4) Generally the society is complaining about how adequate the communication with the staff and the players are. As we know that you have limited human resources and can’t expect to answer and please everyone though can’t there be lined discussion on several topics to improve the game? As we all know the customer feedback is one of the criteria’s of innovation what do you think and suggest about these issues?

5) Why do you think people are aggressive to the Romanian society and think that there are double standards implied to several people and societies by the staff? As you may be aware of the Saudi Arabia issue and the ongoing related issues.

6) Several users have been advising and suggesting the erepublik staff for phone verification or similar anti-cheating issues, personally what do you think and what are the pros and cons of such suggestions?

7) As you are aware of that, several important and active users (country presidents) have been permanently banned. The reason and the issues regarding to them were eventually stated clearly by Alexis Bonte’s. What is the process for people that want’s to discuss about the ongoing issues in erepublik so that no more shall receive such permanent penalties? Does that mean there is no freedom of speech in any terms ?
