This program had a record turnout. Over twice the candidates of the GoldFish Program. Despite the fact that while this program gets you 10k cash that pays once, Goldfish gets you 10k cash that pays routinely.... in gold.... indefinitely...

There is an ulterior motive behind any finance program I launch. Some profit for the community running parallel to simply benefitting individual citizens:

'IrishArmy Supplies'
Compensates for the resource disadvantage that Irish citizens suffer by availing of free weapon supply.
While increasing Irish military coordination and increasing eIreland's international damage representation and accelerating our population's military advancement.

'Pass The Salt'
Gave Irish Citizens the opportunity to increase their personal production.
While increasing the amount of native WRM on our market. Something that was, for economic reasons, desireable at the time.

'GoldFish'
Gives Irish Citizens the opportunity to increase their gold income.
The recent economic changes made mass monetary market representation an effective means of funnelling gold into the Irish community.

'Dividends'
Simply rewards players for being part of our community.
And creates a systematic advantage to Irish Citizenship via sheer economic brute-force

Note that those last three programs based eligibility primarily on 2 months of current Irish Citizenship.

The underlying agenda of all this is to increase the value of Irish Citizenships buy making immigration to eIreland attractive. The stipulations on citizenship duration are to discourage emmigration from eIreland, and to reduce wastage of our limited Congressional Citizenship Approvals through "citizenship tourism".

The criteria used to select 2 months as the cut-off point for program eligibility was nearly arbitrary in comparison to that of intended future programs.

Citizenship Duration will continue to be the primary factor for eligibility in our programs.(should I remain priviledged enough to continue operating them)
And from here forward the expected citizenship durations will increase as future programs are launched.

With an end goal of increasing our community's active population: temporary departure from Irish Citizenship (unless for the registered benefit of the Irish Community) will cost players some of the benefits that being a member of the eIrish Community has to offer.
Approval of Citizenship Applications will best be determined by the applicants likelihood of becoming an active permanent citizen of eIreland.
