Did Teacher hack the Fed? I don't know. I do not believe anyone knows. And yet there are a lot of accusations flying around and it just plain makes me sick to be an eMerican.
Suppose I got mad at someone and said, "I'll kill the S0B!" Someone who also dislikes them goes out and kills them. Who looks guilty? But am I? Who knows?
The USA has something known as "innocent until proven guilty". Sure a lot of times cases are tried in newspapers due to what is commonly known as "yellow journalism"; articles written by people for the notoriety but which have no basis in evidence.
But such should not be practiced by leaders of our eNation. Our Congress people should have more control over their emotions. Our Leader(s) should have more control over their typing fingers than to make accusations and allegations they are incapable of proving.
Is Teacher guilty? I don't know. Do I think Teacher is guilty? That is irrelevant. Can anyone prove that Teacher is guilty? I haven't seen it yet.
If anyone wants to consider this a defense of Teacher it is exactly that. It is the same defense I would present for anyone who has not been shown beyond a reasonable doubt to be guilty of a crime.
For the record here are other possibilities:
Someone from Romania/Croatia/Germany/Russia/anywhere aware of the differences between Justin and Teacher: motive? to hurt our economy.
An ex-Congressman taking the opportunity to pay back the eUSA for losing the election.
A [any hacker] for the lulz.
Let's try to pretend that we are Americans and believe in American justice. Not the American justice that goes out and lynches someone because "who else could have done it" but American justice that is based on the fundamental aspect of our society; laws.

There is a whole list of possibilities. I see the abandonment of the eUSA forums as a logical escalation of Justin's unproven accusations. Why should Franco foot the bill for forums for a nation so ready to hang him at the first downturn? IMHO Justin should print a retraction of his accusations and an apology for his libelous remarks.
A wise leader would gather the proof first and then present his case. Not try to win through public sentimentality. That is how lynch mobs are formed, not great nations.
This is exactly why we're waiting on Justin to present the proof he says he has stuck on his main computer he apparently doesn't have access to atm.
If Justin does indeed have proof, and it's good/real, then it's not just Congress making bad accusations.
Justin wasn't the first to make the accusations.
Have you checked the eUS forums, it's been taken down and replaced w/ some asian youtube video. I don't you tube and I don't know asian, so I don't know what it all means. Maybe someone can here about it.

He really didn't make much of a good impression by simply following up with the accusations already flying around.
Don't know if he Teacher did it but...
fund being stolen from a country is a growing trend thought the non-PEACE world South Korea and Switzerland to name a few.

@Secreto Mananius: If Justin presents evidence that Teacher is guilty of the offense then I will be one of those screaming "off with his head"...but proper procedures should be followed.

I agree. I've been trying to take this approach in the IRC too relative to people who keep talking about Franco.
But what if we can't find any proof, even after Franco has allegedly admitted to his crimes according to logs in the IRC chats posted by other users in the #usa-chat channel? Surely admitting to crimes has to count for something(though it can be argued he is saying he did out of hatred, or that a member on the chat is falsifying logs and posting them up for us to view).
I agree, however, with what I think you're getting at. If we rush to conclusions without empirical evidence we will fall into chaos.
A confession would satisfy me so long as Jack Bauer is not the one that obtained it! -chuckles-

Call on the Congress for War. We must attack South Korea and wipe it from the Face of the Earth. Issue the battle order to the Joint Chiefs and begin stockpiling. We cannot sit by and allow the Koreans to get away with this attack.
