Using the "Dictatorship" Module as a Defense Against Foreign Dictator
This bill is NOT about establishing an actual Dictatorship in eUSA. In name, yes. In practice, we continue with a Parliamentary Democracy which will remain basically unchanged in function.

Instead this bill is about taking advantage of the dictatorship module as a means of protecting our government from any potential enemy dictatorship attacks.

to wit:


Whereas Plato has instituted a "Dictatorship" Module allowing any citizen of any country to launch a direct attack aimed at seizing control of the eUS Governement with only a 3 hour window of warning, and

Whereas eUSA is militarily ranked #10 in the eWorld, behind several of our key historical enemies, and

Whereas eUSA has recently achieved full (15/15) bonuses making us a target to anyone seeking the maximum economic benefits of company/commune ownership, and

Whereas Congress has a responsibility to enact laws which will maximize our defense against all enemies, and

Whereas it takes more than 3 days to launch a Dictatorship takeover against a nation that currently already has a "dictator" in place, and

Whereas if a foreign Dictator should take over eUSA he could render us bankrupt and unable to fund our public and private militaries without significant private investment,

be it hereby enacted that:

The current sitting President (at the time of the passing of this bill) shall, using the United States Civilian Military Unit, launch a so-called "Military coup" from the Capitol State of Colorado, and

The 200,000 1,000,000 (ftfy) cost of launching this coup be supplied to United States Civilian Military Unit from the Congressional Budget Office, and

Any future Country President who has been elected will, following protocol to be codified by this congress, be given the CO position of United States Civilian Unit thereby establishing him as the new ingame "Dictator"

The CP/dictator shall enact any and all bills passed by congress according to terms establish by protocol to be codified by this congress, and

The CP/dictator shall not exercise any meta powers not already accorded to him under our current form of governance, and

Any ingame powers accorded to the CP/dictator which currently belong to congress shall be exercised according to protocols codified by this congress, and

All protocols aforementioned as well as additional protocols shall be codified by a congressional committee to be assembled from Congressional members of all political parties represented in Congress (up to the entire body of Congress if so desired by this Congress), and

The aforementioned "military coup" shall commence within 48 hours of the passing of this bill, and

A media campaign carefully and winsomely explaining this process be also commenced no sooner than the launch of the military campaign (so as not to alert our enemies to "block" our attempt).

The proposal shall move to a vote with 10 approvals.
