Rental agreement between Chile and New Zealand

The governments of Chile and New Zealand have agreed on the following rental agreement on two regions in New Zealand. Chile will occupy for the moment only the region of Otago.

1) New Zealand rents the regions of Canterbury and Otago to Chile.

2) Chile will pay a monthly rent of 15.000cc for each region. The payments will be made until the third day after starting a monthly leasing period.

3) New Zealand won´t organize nor support any resistance wars in those regions unless the Chilean governments wants to reset the determination in the aforementioned regions.

4) In case a region affected by this treaty will be liberated, New Zealand will start a Natural Enemy law upon consultation with Chile.

5) In case New Zealand doesn´t have a region at the time before congress elections, Chile will liberate one region and after the elections New Zealand will give back the region to Chile according to point 4.

6) New Zealand will ask its allied nations to not support nor try to liberate any of the regions from Chile mentioned in point 1.

7) This agreement will be valid for one month. It will be renewed automatically if not one or the other side cancel it until one week before the end of the period of validity.
