Developing a Mancrush on Our President

Day 1,977, 14:01 Published in Ireland Ireland by Arjay Phoenician III

I’m starting to get giddy about being new in a Northern Ireland ruled by the Irish. This country has its issues, and as a newcomer, I hope to soon see more involvement in the National Forum and IRC (for the latter, I hope it’s just a case of coming on at the wrong time). After watching the British get their arses handed to them in yesterday’s resistance war in Scotland, my concerns are put on the back burner, and my pride is swelling.

It swelled more so when I took a look at tonight’s British newspapers; I do that, I’m not content just to read news from our own island, but I also like to get our enemy’s perspective, see what trash they have to talk. It’s sort of hard to run your mouth when you lose a battle by a score of 84-4, but there’s always someone who will, and it becomes entertaining.

Like, for instance, this tidbit from the UK’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bohemond4, written a couple of days ago:

This war came at a time where Ireland has to prove their loyalty to a non-alliance relying on nationalism, in the form of a ‘United Ireland’ alongside Argentina’s attack to win the war. What this, ultimately, means for Ireland is that we are coming for you. This entire situation was fabricated by one man, MUFC, the Irish CP. We have not forgotten about you and your attack against us so soon after peace was once again signed following our TW last month. MUFC, you are not the most successful CP and you won’t keep Northern Ireland. It’s ours.

It’s not at all new for a writer, especially a minister, to talk smack and to fix blame, honestly or otherwise, on the opposition’s president. Bohemond4 isn’t the only one to call out Ireland’s president, MUFC992. The UK CP himself, jimbojoy, published this, in the middle of the aforementioned 84-4 score in Scotlan😛

…we shall not let this deter us from continuing our war with Ireland, who have made no serious attempt at peace since a bizarre deal that was put to our congress by their CP, MUFC. He wished to rent NI for 100g a month for 6 months, but failed to secure the support of his congress. I am open to a peace deal, but it will have to financially benefit the UK, so Irish congress think hard about what you can offer us, an accord, or your swords.

I’m starting to really like MUFC. I’m new, I admit I don’t know his whole record and all the mistakes he’s made in his career. I just like it when presidents talk smack in other presidents’ newspapers. He commented”

Actually, Irish congress just didn't want me to pay ya 100 golds for Northern Ireland. They wouldn't object to it tho. But yeah, after re-thinking it would be pretty stupid to pay for something which belongs to us anyway.

I did offered you peace within our original regions too. You rejected it, you should think twice next time when you do that.

Cya on battlefield.

JIMBO: As I said, no serious attempt at peace was made. Enjoy your wipe.

MUFC: For a recently wiped country ur p arrogant brah )

I came into this world and this country, wanting Northern Ireland to remain Irish. In that vein, I’m especially glad to know the president is enough on board with this desire that he doesn’t hem and haw about it. He puts it right in the middle of his articles for the world to see:

This is not an endorsement of the man as president, he might royally screw up in the next few weeks, and my opinion might completely change. For now, I like and appreciate him, the tone he’s setting and the smack he’s talking. I would much rather see this country win and lose with passion than to try to hide from the world’s miseries in the hope that invisibility provides protection. I don’t fear the British at all. Man for man, they don’t hold a candle to us. I’ve already seen it for myself. I’m just glad our leadership, starting with the president, is giving us the chance to prove it.

Read his article from today, you’ll develop your own mancrush.

I conclude with Krakken’s brunette, just in case you’re tired of bro-love:
