Dear readers, I want to announce that Dementu Club is looking for new investors!
Dementu Club is a corporation which has been active for over one year. At the start of our venture we focused on the weapon industry managing to raise up 7 Q5 Companies on our own. Because the way the game designers handled the game mechanics, the weapon industry started to lag behind when it came to profit and i was forced to lock and try to sell the assets which i was controlling. With great effort and a lot of dedication i managed to sell some of the companies specialised in weapons and start up new in the food industry .
Our corporation is now activating in the Q5 Food Industry, controlling 5 companies in 4 different countries, aiming to expand our venture even further in the world of eRepublik. Besides the 5 food companies we still have 3 Q5 weapon companies which amazingly started to generate some profit once again! This is a really good sign for everyone as the economy seemce to be revitalised and everything looks like is returning to normal.
Our future investment plan also includes opening another door in to another industry, the grain industry. We already bought one Q3 grain company which will be upgraded to Q4 shortly. Diversifying our operations will help us manage and stabilise our profits in case one industry crashes, we believe we are doing a great job from the money we have received from our investors so far and we have received positive feedback that the profits generated by us offer some of the highest investment returns in eRepublik.
Dementu Club corporation has been listed on ERX Stock Exchange Market on 28th March with an initial value of 2500 gold and shares at the price of 1.2 gold each. To further allow our shareholders to trade and transfer their shares between other investors, we have decided to split our shares to offer greater flexibility to every shareowner.
On 4th of April, Dementu Club Corporation has payed out 250 GOLD in dividends, amounting to 0.014881 GOLD per share. Our daily profit is up to 30-40G and we plan to pay out 80% from the total profit as weekly dividends. The next dividends are scheduled to be payed on day 873 of the New World.
We estimate that every share will generate around 15% in investment return of it's value in dividends, which is an outstanding number which has yet to be matched by any other corporation.
We are quite happy with ERX, it offers a good platform where players can expand their eRepublik experience, choosing to invest in corporations in a safe environment controlled by some of the more prestigious eRepublik personalities.
