Defeat at the Congress

Well, we lost the congress elections through what is called a "decisive defeat". Not only the FRP / eRA / CP-SU alliance got majority... they have again the chance to impeach anybody for another 30 days.


CAUSES

1.

People of diverse parties heavily blames the "bots", that is, multi-account citizens with no real activity. Of course, they have no proof - if they had, they would have written tickets and those people would have been banned.

My answer to this is:
- Don't give the bots all the blame. Even if they exists (which I do not know, as I have no proof), they are not the only reason. Balming the boots is comfortable - you have no guilt, they are cheaters, we are good, they are evil... it is easy to think that way. But it is not the truth.
- But if you blame the bots... ok, then counter the bots. Infiltrate in the forums of the enemy. Check the IP directions. Find proof, and use it. You want to make your own army of bots? Then... why don't you try to make a program which detects bots instead? You could present it to the admins and protect the whole eWorld instead of "becoming a criminal to fight crime".

I personally "blame" above all the excellent organization of the FRP, specially of remool (KyMarik), the leader of the eRussian TO / ATO team and an experienced Minister of Defence. The FRP understands something that I only understood recently: politics is war. In this game, the "attack" button and the "vote" button are very similar. The first uses weapons, the second tickets, but both must try to attack in the correct time, with measured forces.

In the next elections, I will organize The Cossacks to vote with the same discipline of the Cossack Brigade in the battle... or even better. I will hide our resources, I will coordinate in real time, and we will be as deadly efficient in the Congress as we are in the battlefield.

Another important factor I see on this is real power of attraction. Many eRussians support honestly the "stability" represented by the FRP. Someone who wants to win against the FRP will have first to convince them that they are not the best option. With good arguments, not with propaganda, flaming or trolling.

Then, my personal mistake - to ally with Empire without a warning to FRP. I behave like a disciplined "commander" of an Army led by Empire. That was an error. I should have presented for Empire, yes... but explaining the FRP where we present, what we do, and negotiating with them that they concentrate on other regions instead of ours. Because we are not, in general, enemies of the FRP, and many people of the FRP know it.

I should have asked for only one region, and then put a price on if (in votes) that would have moved the FRP to ignore us. Then, we would have had a Congress person.

In general, I overestimated our capacity of organization, both of the other allies as of The Cossacks.


CONCLUSIONS

An exodus of Empire and Future players is probable. Of course, this will only give the FRP "more" power.

A very interesting is, that eRA is gone from the Congress. The CP-SU has taken the power eRA had. Is the CP-SU going to replace eRA? Of course, for both it is convenient to be in the TOP 5, because this blocks the CDP or Future (this time it was the CDP). But we will see.

No president can be elected now, who is not able to reach an agreement with one of those, FRP or CP-SU. His presidency would be irrelevant and short. Mr. parter should think very seriously about this before he presents his candidacy.

Whoever wants to confront the FRP, must be able to set up a machinery which is at least as good as the one of the FRP before he tries. If not, my advice: negotiate and convince, instead of confronting.


OUR STRATEGY

The Cossack will remain independent. The did our best in the elections, now we have no more alliance with anybody.

For the next presidential elections, I will think about a strategy and publish it in few hours. It will be a realistic strategy, but of course, the best one for eRodina that I can find.

And in the next elections, we will act as military unit and, at the same time, negotiate with all the important parties so that they let us alone.

And we will continue working. For eRussia. We will not give up, we will not despair, we will not cheat, we will not lie, we will not start insulting everybody. We will do what we can.
