In this article, I will be explaining in detail how "A Helping Hand" works.

Let us begin with someone who wants to donate supplies:

Player A is over level 20, so he can not request supplies, but he remembers when he was a new player, and how much he wanted help, so he donates supplies to "A Helping Hand". He would donate them to ME (Olaf Iverstone), and then send me a mail stating what he sent me. (The reason for the mail is because it is easier for me to mark down what got sent.)

Now we continue to follow those supplies:

Once I receive the mail and the supplies, I will accurately mark them down on this document, which lists what supplies "A Helping Hand" has.

Then Player B comes along and learns about "A Helping Hand". Because he is level 20 or lower, he can request supplies. He can either request supplies by mailing me, Olaf Iverstone, or by commenting below, but I prefer the mail. Once I see that he has requested supplies, I will go onto the spreadsheet above, and make the necessary changes, which includes subtracting supplies, saying who they were given to, and the profile link for Player B.

After I have made the changes to the spreadsheet, I then send the supplies to Player B, who can now use them for whatever he wants.

Player B can also come back the next day, if he is still a level 20 or below, and request supplies again. He can do that everyday until he is a level 21.
