I'm seeing a pattern of behaviour here.
If you can't deal with people not doing what you want them to do, you're playing the wrong game, and with the wrong community.
If you continually insult and derogate said people with terms such as "retard" and "downies", they will continue to not do what you want them to you, and delight in fighting against what you want to do in the process.

TJ, perhaps you should think back on all the arguments I've had on the subject, often arguing the same points, with pretty much every "elitist" as they're defined by people like Icetek before you accuse me of being one myself. I've long fought for new players to be integrated into the community and to get them active and involved, as many players can attest - as I'm the one who encouraged them to stick it through.
Don't worry, afterwards you can change sides in the argument when it's politically expedient like you always do, we won't judge you.

Actually Icetek, I'm always fighting for eAus, in fact I am now with this article, because we have no need of your foul and vile behaviour and mind.
The mere fact that you have been elected as a senator AND a cabinet member to represent eAus is a disgrace considering your behaviour and attitude to anyone that has the cheek to not fawn over you, and this article was compiled to put everything you have done into one nice cogent package so that eAus citizens can see just who and what they elected and save us some trouble next month.

I'm terribly sorry that I'm working 12-16 hour days at the moment Icetek, or that I'm in the middle of a 2 clicking spree as it's calving season and i'm not active when you want me to be active, as I've told you before. I know 5 minutes at a time while i'm having a cuppa isn't much, but I do more in that 5 minutes than you do in 3 hours of nonsensical raving and insults.
I don't need access to cabinet to know what's going on, not when i know the people that are working and being worked with, i know exactly how things are going.
Probably got a better grasp of the details then you yourself do.
Nevertheless, i will forgive you for not knowing that i spent 7 months in a row, spending as much as 9 hours online every single day as ADF Marshal while my farm was in its off season, or that I've supplied what would probably amount to tens of thousands of weapons at a RL cost to myself to keep eAus supplied and fighting. Never mind the battles and campaigns i've turned at the last minute, or help up on my lonesome.
Oh, and before you accuse me of being one of those damn "elitists" you should probably also know that I became Marshal before my 3rd month of playing erep was over, I'm still new compared to most that you rail about.
Yeah, you should revise the whole "not doing anything" spiel, you have been around since May.. and well.. i don't see anything of substance that you have contributed to the community other than a few token attempts to improve your image and none of that comes anywhere near what i had done for eAus in the same amount of time.

You look like a whining, rude, annoying 12 year old. I feel absolutely nothing for you when reading what they say, and in fact I agree with them. Your only action that helped eAus was your charity scheme, but you only organised that to get public opinion on your side. On top of that, you didn't even have to sacrifice anything but time for it, you just got other people to sacrifice the money for you. Malgoo, on the other hand has obviously helped eAus with more than just his time much more than you have.
On top of that, PLEASE learn to type properly. It doesn't have to be 100% perfect - no one types 100% perfectly - but at least make it look like you know how to write in the English language. I mean, just look at this quote:
