Dear glorious citizens of USA
WaseemK
I need some help getting back into the swing of things. I used to play this game way back in the day but stopped for personal reasons. I was apart of the first e-government and witnessed the majority of the games early history. So I don't need any tutorial. But rather a list of stuff I need to do to fully integrate myself into society.

Welcome back.
The game has changed quite a lot since you were last around. While I'm not in a position to help you with reconciling that, since I've only been playing since 2010, I would suggest joining one of the US Top 5 parties, hopping onto IRC, and just talking to people. If you remember any active people who played in your original era, I would suggest PMing and talking to them, also
Or, if all else fails, just PM Pfeiffer http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1813808 and ask him what do. At this point, he's been around here longer than most of us. The vast majority of people who played in beta are now long gone or just jaded oldfgts who hang out on the periphery of the game (in fact, profile IDs with fewer than 7 digits are now relatively rare).
That dude pfeiffer is not very helpful. I have no idea why you would mention him
Too bad. lol I guess it depends on the person.
What I should have said is that he's very knowledgeable and might be helpful to you. Whether or not he actually would be helpful is a different story.
Realistically, I could have pointed you to SavageWatson http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/4322780 the Secretary of Education, The Wild Card http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/8102298 the Secretary of the Interior, or the current CP http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/2019174 and those people might be more likely to be helpful in an orthodox way, but they might just link you to guides, which you seem to feel you don't need.
To be honest though, if you do want to take a look at an excellent guide, the recently elected eUS CP wrote this excellent series just last month: http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/2362583/1/20. If you find skip the simpler parts that you probably already know, you might find it helpful without being too boring, since it's more of a guide on how to succeed in eUSA than anything.
Nonetheless, good luck getting re-established, and again, welcome back.
