China gets Heilongjiang back!
Britishers(Hungarians) came from thousands of miles away and conquered India(Heilongjiang).
As they were one of the most powerful nation, they ruled India(Heilongjiang) for 200 years(1 year).
They setted the best defence in India(Heilongjiang) as it was their Economical hub.
In the last few years of their ruling their confidence and power grew in India(Heilongjiang) they thought it was their 2nd home.
But as history says it out loud, "You cannot keep something with you forever which is not yours".
Thus the over-confident Britishers(Hungarians) were shamelessly sent back to their homeland by the resistance forces of India(China and their allies).
So Hungarians and Rhone Alps is the lesson to all those "powerful" nations ruling foreign lands. No matter how powerful you are, your fates are sealed. Its just the matter of TIME!
And as this game will progress, liberalisation and freedom will be on the priority list of all nations. So start applying the modern tactics like "pay the rent".
USA in RL and in eLife know it very well. India(Middle East) has rented out Karanataka(Oil Fields) because USA(USA) can earn more from that land than what India(Middle East) can and they get fair rent for it.

As you put it Brasil vs Russia...could likely be to open a free war and enable land swaps between these power houses. maybe Russia might be planning a big move in towards Europe via Brasil or maybe through USA or maybe to Australia. Anybody's guess...as you see battles being enacted, we will have a better picture of the PHX plan.

I think that you forget that this is a game. If no country attacks the other and there are no countries ruling foreign countries, is there any fun? What are we going to do? Elect governments, write newspapers? That is what we do in our real life.
People take this game way to seriously.

I'm not saying there should be peace everywhere and countries should hold only their land. I'm only saying that it would have been a different scenario if Hungary(Iran) would have given China(India) some rent and made them their allies when China(India) had low population.
But the confidence and pride of Hungary has caused them a big blow.
Look what USA is doing. Paying India the rent for their highest economic region after Florida and California. So when any nation wants to get to Karnataka, they would first have to activate India's MPP, just like MR.IRAN did.
If 2morow india were to have a massive baby boom of lets say 10000 players. Then in near future we would ask USA to give us back the region and i'm sure they would give it without any resistance.
Again i say: i'm not a peace poet. i'm just pointing out that faults of hungary and iran (which cost them their biggest eco regions) compared to clever tactics of USA.

I know you really like the tactics of the eUS (especially given the fact that many of your congressmen are infact americans and not Indians and you even have an American running for presidency), but that is not the game. To negotiate and "rent" regions is just too boring for me to play, and if this game really ends up like you suggest, I probably wont be playing anymore. Of course, I understand why you say this (you don't like being invaded and if you are, you prefer to get money instead), however, I am not interested in the game you are suggesting. I have feeling many others wont either.

Gorgepir - The only reason we "rent" the region is because Iranians and Serbians will be the first to PTO us if we have it. Is that the kind of game you like? Does that breed leave us any choice except renting the region out?
Bigger countries can talk all they like about the glory of war and fighting "honourably" with their large armies while on the other side they even form battalions and either purposely instruct citizens to PTO other nations (Javid_Iran your Information Minister giving orders and teaching people to make multis)or they conveniently say that a faction not under their control (MAFIA) wants to do it for their own purposes. Bottom line is that these "bigger" nations do not practice what a few of their citizens preach.
Oh and I am not saying that EDEN dont do it...sure they do it as well but they have not done it to India as opposed to what PHOENIX has tried to do repeatedly. Hope some simple logic beats silly propaganda comments.
I am not against renting your regions, I would do the same if I was president. What I am saying is that it makes the game boring. Imagine if every country played the game the eUS is...

From the begining of the entire war of the 3 pillars when we went against kyushu We have never changed our plans to RENT a high iron region from either india or china.
yeah we thought they'd be so happy about freeing them from penix that they'd practicly let us have one. But we have NEVER gone from our view that we RENT a high iron region. We are a lot of things but we Do not let our honor go like common servians.
