Day 2 - New Government Officials, Forums and Training Wars

Good day fellow citizens of India,
Today is a great new day in our country and a lot is going on as our ministers set to work!

After my previous article, I had numerous people message me informing me that they are interested in getting involved with the government. So I would like to announce the names of the new deputy ministers first.

Deputy minister of defence: Subhash Chandra Bose
Deputy minister of internal affairs: Sachins, Ananthakrishnan, Nagaraj and Broken1

The reason we have so many deputy ministers in the internal affairs department is because the internal affairs team is going to be hosting quite a few events and competitions this term and they will most probably be taking over the dispatch system.

A new dispatch system is currently being discussed by the government which will make it easier for D1 and our new players to receive their supplies and at the same time keep the IRC supply channel active. You can read about it and discuss the new dispatch system here: click me.

We are hosting a few events that will require forum activity, so you are advised to get on there asap so you do not miss out on anything.

I request citizens to start new topics or reply to old, feel free to start a topic about anything related to erepublik and eIndia. I ask you to spend only 5-10mins a day replying to topics on the forums or starting new topics, if each of us sends a little time on the forums we can make the forum a very active place and it is my belief this will help create a better community feel in our country and help in retention of new players.

You must have noticed that we declared Croatia as our natural enemy today, the voting on this proposal was put on a hold for the past 6 hours, but I have just given official confirmation to our congress to vote yes on this proposal.

I would like to inform the citizens of India that this is not a real war, this is a training war and the purpose of the training war is to help us in the tournament that is going on right now. We shall also see the release of Uttar Pradesh at the end of the training wars. The following are the details of the training war that Croatia and India have agreed upon:

1) India will NE croatia first then Croatia will NE us
2) Uttar Pradesh will be RW'ed and freed
3) India will attack Orissa and most probably lose
4) Croatia will then attack Orissa/Jharkand
5) They will then wait and attack the other region while we free Orissa/jharkhand

And this process will continue till end of tournament, at the end of tournament Croatia will free Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand.

This training war not only will help us complete the mission targets faster but will also result in the release of one region.
