New data:

Costs for all upgrades are the same. - 20 Gold so the MM will collapse again.
The strengh you get is doubled.

Newbie information:
If you are new start with the training center and upgrade it.
For the other training buildings there will be missions later.
Don´t waste your money for training.
Frist you should use the free training until your economy is strong enough that you can really afford the boosters.

Building order if you have all training centers:
Nothing new but again if you have forgotten about it.

1) Training ground + Upgrade (Daily)
2) Climbing center + Upgrade (Daily as fast as possible after the upgrade)
3) Special Forces Center + Upgrade (If you are a gold buyer or have a big economy)
4)Shooting Range + Upgrade (If you are insane and really have too much Golds)

What I think:
Admin reduces the amount of gold again but the LC Problem stays the same.
Only hardcore gold buying Newbies could reach better players.
But you can be sure that these players have a bigger economy so for them it isn´t that hard to buy the boosters.
For me the idea of a monotonically decreasing function for strengh is still a cool thing. Wouldn´t have a problem if you say ok after 15k it starts decreasing but please do so.
