Day 1064 國防部指示 ~ 19時45分 更新:

因外國與我國簽MPP延遲的事故 ~ 現時所有民眾需要看看協助的國家是EDEN或者PHOENIX國. 我們現在政治上保持中立, 但軍事上不能幫任何鳳凰國家!

盡量保持停火~等了5天管理員們還沒有答覆我的Ticket

不要浪費傷害分數/體力/武器 - 本次訓練戰是沒啥用的.

其他所有戰場不能上!

戰場限制解釋

我已經在過去的72小時公報了准許出戰的戰場, 但很多人問我為什麼要保持停火 ~ 更不了解如果現在我們沒有政府哪為什麼我們需要團結地停火和現在的所謂[國防部]是啥東東.

1) 我們中華民國現在的確沒有政府控制. 在沒有民選政府之前我們最保守的辦法就是不要挑引EDEN, 不要挑引Brolliance, 不要挑引PRC. 但鳳凰聯盟是不介意我們幫哪一方的. 所以目前為止我們如果雜體打錯方向的話會不但影響未來中華民國的軍事策畫, 也會影響我們外交和鄰國侵略的可能性. 在本情況下, 我們邁向未來的最好辦法就是如果看到有戰場能上的話~請看看標題寫什麼.

各位可以去戰場目錄查詢目前最新的戰場.
~ 按Join Battle前, 請再看看 "Fight for your ally (XXXX國)" 是誰. 如果是鳳凰國請不要上戰場!!!

2) 國防部是台灣玩家們在e中華民國論壇裡的籌備委員會定下的. 現在我們已經發出公開招募台灣玩家加入軍隊的文章. 國防部在沒有正式民選政府前唯一目標就是籌備軍隊之需和幫助各位每天顯示合適戰場出戰. 如果您有興趣加入而先前沒有在論壇裡申請, 請PM我或Kirk.Xu查詢.

違犯者日後不能入中華民國國軍或進入政府工作.

Due to the MPPs the Admins sent out on behalf of the Republic of China, we are requiring all of our citizens to watch carefully to ensure he/she is fighting for an actual allied country. While we may be politically neutral between EDEN and PHOENIX for the time being, but we cannot support PHOENIX countries militarily at any time!
