Join the new world

Yes, Day 1000 is a very special day, not just for eRepublik, but for myself. For you see, it was one year ago today that I first joined the New World. So happy eBirthday to me!


I've seen a lot of things during my tenure here. So let's just start from the beginning, shall we?

I was actually born into the fray that was World War III, which looking back at the map on Day 635, the eUS was almost completely wiped out. Born in eRussia, I thought to myself, "This sucks, but I might as well make the most of it" and fought for Russia. After a week, I received a PM from the person who I later considered a mentor, Astra Kat G. She helped me out of the occupied zone and into Florida, where I learned about proper game mechanics, the national forums, and that just about everyone in game hated the eUS. It wasn't long after that I tried my hand at achieving political success by running for Congress, but was quickly slapped away by my opponents due to still being a newbie.


But at that point, being in the UIP, I was recruited by Jewitt and Kazeal to join the politcial forums, and was mentored even further about the political intricacies: how the politcal system works, and all the behind the scenes action that goes into running candidates for Congress and President. I thank all the UIP members, past and present, for helping me along my way in eRepublik.

After thinking politics wasn't the way to go, I became involved in the military, namely the Mobile Infantry. Once again, I had another mentor to fill me in on military ways, my first CO, comandokiller. He taught me about *..........................................................CLASSIFIED................................................* and that it shouldn't go that far in at first..............Wait, where was I?

Oh yes, the military. I consider the MI a second home, with how open and helpful its members were, answering questions timely and thoroughly. Thanks not only to comandokiller, but to Christopher Eller, Gaius Julius, NXNW, Goalie, Dimension, and anyone else I can't think of at the moment. You all were great teachers.


And finally, with my time as a politician complete, but as a military man still in me, I've decided to take up being an ambassador to broaden my horizons in this eWorld. Following Harrison Richardson, I've traveled to eNorth Korea to help the country strengthen its economy and relations with its neighbors, China and South Korea. Though I am just starting along this road, I hope that HR and Shauny B as well will teach me to become a better ambassador.
