Foreplay: I would like to start this article by saying farewell to my friends in the eUS. I have moved on to Canada for the bountiful meadows of moose and the bountiful Syrup-Mining Fields to enrich my eLife. Thank you for the good times.

To my new friends in Canada, it's great to meet you all and I would say more but I am slowly losing my conciousness to your beer.

Alliance Overview
Recently, all of diplomacy has completely changed. It all started with Brazil and the US declaring an alliance and Serbia leaving PHOENIX. Since, the game has become a world different because of the game-changing decisions made in the past days and the ones in the weeks to come.

Recently, as we all remember, Brazil allied with the US at the end of Alexander Hamilton's term, which would have been a little unpredictable a few months ago. Today, such whacky changes in diplomacy would be something predictable. Serbia has left PHOENIX to die, with Hungary following.

The US founded "PANAM", a new alliance meant to unite the strongest nations of the Americas, that has already attracted the attention of a few countries, including Brazil, Canada, Argentina, and Japan. In Europe, the famed land of hairy, sweaty men and other racial stereotypes that nobody is offended by because they're white people, Hungary having left the alliance, France appears to be doing the same.

This will obviously change the way things work, but not as much as you might think. The countries don't appear to be distancing from their partners, but possibly making a message to the other members of their alliances. This may have an effect on PHOENIX much like what WWIII did to PEACE, which was recreating the alliance with little change, or it could also create more regional rivalries (ie if Serbia and Hungary may have quit because of one another) and thus, found more regional alliances (which PANAM appears to be).

WAR:By the Region
The Americas

Wut
The Baguette-Hockey Stick War is, of course, still going strong as the French are put on the defensive to save their last North American possession, Newfoundland and Labrador, from Canadian liberation. The battle has already had a massive turnout as Canadian and French troops try to defeat the opposing forces in what could be considered a strategic battle.

The US completed its goal of conquering all of Mexico easily. No rebellions are taking place.

In South America, Peru, struggling to recreate itself after taking three of its former regions back from its occupiers, was attacked by Brazil and Argentina, with the Argentinans going for Northern Low Amazon and the Brazillians going for Southern Low Amazon.

Argentina, while they held the power of the offensive, invaded Zona Sur, an original Chilean region, after fighting a war with the nation for control of the captured Peru.

West Europe
War engulfed the regions nearest to Northwest France after Germany regained control of Saxony and Rhineland Palatinate and sent attacks on all Polish-owned German regions besides Brandenburg and Berlin, plus a region controlled by Italy, Thuringia. The struggle to regain their conquered lands after a well-coordinated attack by Sweden, Poland, and Italy that whiped Denmark from the map and reduced Germany to Saarland.

Using their conquered German lands, the Polish made Belgium crap its pants by conquering one of their three regions, Wallonia. France intervened and invaded Wallonia. The series of battles is posing a challenge to Polish defenders trying to take over teh worldz.
East Europe
Romania invaded Southern Great Plain, while failing Austrian rebels were attacked by Slovakia in Upper Austria, which is one of their last regions.

India has finally managed to win a few battles against the ailing Pakistani army, but India's original regions are hardly painted pink once again: China has only succeeded Pakistan in control of most of India. Pakistan, trying to curb the Chinese war machine, has attack North India and managed to take North Thailand after attacking the region as their other colony, South Thailand, fell.

South Korea managed to colonize Central Taiwan and Indonesia taking Mindanao, a region of the Phillipines, is fighting Malaysia for control of Sabah.

Australia regained independence after a dynamic rebel display of power, taking New South Wales and several other regions from their Indonesian enemies. Though many of the regions have been conquered by Indonesia, they have managed to invade Victoria in between battles.

For the subs ofc
That's all, and remember to stay away from moose with candy.
