Danish History (Part IX)

Day 817, 02:21 Published in Denmark Denmark by Danish Research Center

Long time since last article in these series. It has been so long time because we have been busy with the Training War fundraising, which we would like to thank all contributors for. Amazing that we could gather that much gold in such a short time.

We are right in the middle of the history of eDeO, we have talked about the rise of eDeO and how they came to the top of the danish political and economical life. However, as a malfunctioning phoenix, they crashed and burn, but did not revive.

The time of eDeO control

In some time eDeO had run a private healthcare bussiness, only for the members of their party or organization. What eDeO was known for was how they took care of their employees and party members. However their healthcare was taking out of bussiness after the congress and president had chosen to start a statefunded healthcare organization the Sundhedsvaesenet

After a long time with WBP being the most dominant party by a large margin, eDeO gained congress majority and president elected. They were now the most dominant political force in Denmark.

However the time of eDeO was not only political, but also economical. What started as a small organization had in a record time become the biggest economical organization ever known in eDenmark. With a policy of "ever expanding" eDeO never stood still. As they started a food company and went into moving tickets, oil, diamonds and what not as you can read in this article

The fall of eDeo

According to eDeO themselves they thought it was getting boring to be in the political scene. So they shut down the eDeO party and focused completely on running bussiness in Denmark. This you can read about here.
One of the founders of eDeO, Zeb Jolnas, decided to move to Japan and become political active in that nation, however he wouldn't leave Denmark completely, so he became the Japanese ambassador to Denmark.

It is not interesting that eDeO fell from the top, it was doomed to happen at some time. But the interesting part is the controversy, the vicious mood there was in the Danish political scene, and how one player took advantage of this. All this will be in the next article, because it so big a thing that it still affects Denmark a lot.
