Dams mend cash drain
Ward De Bever
Dear worker, dear citizen,
Today the time has come to make a hard decision. We see a lack of national solidarity by some extreme right and left parties, capitalistic-monopolistic wage cartels, economic in-game changes and upcoming productivity losses caused by a war where we voluntarily accept that our territories will be occupied, ... Altogether Bever Dams is unable to continue paying such high wages as in the past.
I will not fire anybody when activity is high enough (work at least 5 days on 7). But I will from now on pay simply the wage level needed to attract and keep workers. In practice, this means that today I'll reduce gross wages to 96 BEF. Further adaptations can also happen upon simple notice.
Thanks all for your hard work until now and let's keep on doing with what we have !
Respectfully,
Ward De Bever
Cher travailleur, cher citoyen,
Respectueusement,
Ward De Bever
[NL] Liquiditeitsverliezen indammen
Beste werker, beste burger,
Respectvol,
Ward De Bever

bad for your employees 🙁 I hope you will find a way to get it back to its normal stand!
Unless using the gold promotion to subsidise wages, unfortunately there is no way for now...
Voted !
