I'm Running For Congress!
Under the SEES Flag in Montana.

It has been a long time since I have decided to run for office, in an effort to become more active in eRep. Unfortunately over the weekend my Router decided to plop over and die.The funeral was held at the local Radioshack the eulogy was given by a beautiful keynote speaker Macintosh. Well since that fateful day I had to buy a new Router and stuff, so I could not gain internet access till today. So my campaign is hurriedly and weakly placed together and I'm not sure whether I will win this election. My last election ended badly, South Carolina '09, but that's the past and I hope to get into congress this time around, with your support.
(I'll be running in Montana.)
What Makes Me Qualified?
What makes anyone qualified? All I can say is I have experience, I have been playing Erep for more than 670 days now. I've been a Congressman once before, back in Dec of '08 and I know it has been a while but I am confident that I will make a good congressman in this day and age. I am by no means incompetent, lazy sometimes, but when I have a reason not to be, I won't be.

Where I stand on the Issues:
Pro-Military (Why wouldn't I be.)
I've had a long history with the Marines and the American military in general. I have had well over a year of service in the American military, most of my time though was spent with the Marines.
Pro-Taxes (Though Americans will donate they won't do it every day.)
In my youth I was very Anti-Taxes,but in my brief time in congress I found myself betraying that view and plenty of Economic legends swayed my opinion. So now I feel that unlike the rest of the world we, with a properly focused tax system, can put our Economy to good use. This is for the benefit of our military which is comprised of the men and women who fight actively (not just when ever they feel like it) and make up the damage for the days when every two-clicker in our nation doesn't feel like fighting.
Pro-Positive Relations with All North and South American Nations (No matter if they are currently PHX leaning but especially if they are our neighbors.)
Like our time in Asia we should now aspire to infuse our Continental American brethren with the ability to make their own choices. So far the have not had many or any choices as most came from the end of a barrel, so to speak.
Pro-Bro (I prefer an "alliance" that is mutual in all aspects. No one dictating to us, or visa versa, what to do. This way we have a very dedicated and mature relationship.)
Our bros are and barring an unforeseeable event will continue to be our closets allies and we should keep this up.
Pro-ATO (I don't precipitate much in them but I'd rather be honest than a liar.)When a nations Admin given democracy is stolen we should do everything in our power to help that nation regain it. To be honest I have barely participated with these and I only did when I was part of the military. I like many two-clickers find it to be to much of a hassle to do so but I would be willing to help out in other ways (financially or whatever).
Anti-Joining Major Alliances (EDEN or PHX, for reasons I stated before.)
No need to add anything more.
Anti-Isolationism (Both economically and diplomatically.)
Because America is as big as it is we can not completely withdraw from the world stage like some smaller nations. What effects us affects the world and visa versa.
Anti-War with Neighboring Nations (Same reason why I'm anti-Isolationist, see Indo)
Our greatest threats lie just beyond our border they have the ability to piss us off, case in point the North American Invasion by PEACE GC. The first strikes where by bordering nations and only till we were fairly stretched did the likes of Indo, Iran, and Hungary jump in the fray.
