facts is correct but since there is an obligation on him to rebuild the buildings 4,5, billion is perhaps not that big an amount since he already paid 3.2 billion to lease 2 buildings that was completely destroyed.

well why do it then on a busy weekday. if indeed he was covered by insurance why not just start a massive fire on a public holiday and inform everyone the place is closed for renovation. and if you had an "abses" cant think of the english word but its the most painful thing ever you got to a dentist the very same day.

im just mentioning this because i also got bamboozled by one of those conspiracy theorist. they are very good at building conspiracies their not very good at science which is why i would reads the popular mechanics article which also handles i think with the terrorist.
