Dafuq is going on?

Day 2,654, 09:12 Published in Belgium Turkey by e Vladimir

Hi all,
It's been a long time since I published something, but I decided to share my concerns about a few things happening as we speak...

First of all, there is the situation in Belgium. Except our free region of Brussels, our lands have seen the likes of Cuba and most recently - Montenegro. We have an active renting agreement with the first and the latter are just plain aggressors having AS-ed us without any prior announcement or any particular reason for doing so. The active RW in Wallonia is the only way Montenegro could've kicked out Cuba from Belgium without having to NE it first (they already voted Belgium as NE yesterday). And to be even more complicated, it all happens in the prime of the Congress elections... Thanks to the organisation in the Govt. and in agreement with Montenegro, we were able to free Brussels and have a chance at these elections and have a Congress whatsoever (even if it's only 10 CM). - I use this chance for some marketing, lol, VOTE FOR TBD today! \o/ 😃
The official stance of the Govt. is to fight for Cuba against the RW in Wallonia, but I'm not sure if we can be successful against those CO's... Cuba will most probably be kicked out and the renting agreement rendered void - not our fault in any case. Montenegro will look to wipe Belgium and I guess we'll have to seek our chance for freedom by successfully RW-ing the occupied regions - for which we'll need a lot of help by the way...

Anyway, moving on to another thing that's been happening most recently (as of today).

The newest update in the game introduced this new military mode and things have started to get more complicated and f*cked up right of from the beginning:

Too many wars now, too many options to choose. Who to support, where to fight? I guess many will find it difficult and/or confusing, especially the new players. I have found it a bit overwhelming myself and I have already seen the discontent and indifference in some players even if it's only the first day of this new military mode.

Many players will find it fun I guess, but personally I don't intend to try and understand who is fighting against who and what side to chose, except of course if it isn't a war concerning Belgium. I guess plenty of stuff are going to be happening from now on - and most of them will be out of our control - so I wouldn't bother with it. Instead I'm just gonna go grab some pop-corn and watch how "elite players" fill Plutos' pockets...

Pop-corn mode = ON.

That's all folks, have fun with the new module...

With regards,
e Vladimir
