Through existing, modified, and new initiatives I want to harbour a sense of national community in eCanada.

Promoting eCanadian Wiki Pages: Part of my dedication to acknowledging eCanadian history will be designating a Minister of Heritage who will work in the Ministry of Communication Department. A large part of his job will be working with the WHO of the eCWRA. If all these acronyms are scaring you, fear not. The WHO is essentially the organizer of the eCWRA (eCanada Wiki Responbility Act), which is an initiative passed by congress to pay citizens to create and maintain important eRepublik-wiki pages. This way an up-to-date compendium of our colourful past is available to all citizens, and it's a great way for eCanadian history buffs to have a few extra dollars in their pocket for all their hard work.

Celebrating eCanadian Heritage: Another job of the Minister of Heritage will be to scour the hallowed corridors of eCanada's journalistic past and to post meaningful articles from the old days of the New World in the National Newspaper. They will be called "Heritage Minutes", in homage to the commercial spots we often see on the CBC, and will be an avenue for everyday eCanadians to learn about and treasure our fantastic history.

Regular Updates From The Top: As former and current Minister of Communication, the media plays an important role in my vision for eCanada. This means I will have my MoC give regular updates on the progress of your administration, and I will also make Presidential Addresses whenever possible so I can get a better idea of the wants and needs of my citizens.

Creating eBabies: eBabies are without a doubt the game's most valuable resource, yet time after time attempts at creating tangible "Baby Booms" have fallen by the way-side. Recently the Ministry of Immigration has done a fantastic job pulling in immigrants from other nations, and under my administration this would continue. However, in addition to this, I want to bolster our population with brand new players. The way I intend to do this is to allow eCanadian citizens as a whole to use their creative juices: instead of the government coming up with the ideas, the people will come up with the ideas, while the government will provide the incentives for doing so. Details still need to be hammered out, but my idea is to offer monetary rewards for citizens who come up with ways to pull non-players into the game. An example of this is perhaps creating a youtube video (as this has inspired baby-booms in the past), and offering 0.1 CAD per view. If a well made video pulled in 5,000 views and inspired even just 150 new players, the cost to eCanada would be only 0.1g per new citizen - an absolutely fantastic return on our investment.

Mentoring Our eBabies: If we're putting this much effort into getting eBabies to help eCanada's cause, we should be putting an equal amount of effort into keeping them. AngryMobMan has a good thing going with the Education Discovery Panel, and I wish to continue this. I would, however, also like to bring back and rejuvenate the mentorship program. As an eBaby, life in the New World can be confusing - pairing up these brand new citizens with knowledgeable Field Marshals (or otherwise experienced citizens) will serve many purposes: 1) To ensure they do not quit the game out of frustration or confusion; 2) They have initial contacts and friends upon which to build from; 3) They will more quickly become valuable and experienced members of eCanadian society. I believe so strongly in the mentorship concept that if elected I will put a link for them to immediately apply for a mentor in the Welcome Message.

Bridging the Gap Between French and English Canada: The French-eCanadian community has often been neglected by the Executive Branch. Though I am unfortunately not bilingual, I want my government to consider the opinions of all our citizens. Under my administration I will employ a Quebecois Liaison Officer who I hope can improve relations between all eCanadians. Additionally, this Liaison Officer will help be the voice of French-eCanadians in the Executive, and will help with translations when possible.

Je veux créer un sens de communauté nationale en me basant sur des nouvelles initiatives autant que initiatives déjà existantes ou modifiées.

Promotion des pages wiki eCanadienne: Une partie de mon dévouement a l’histoire eCanadienne sera de désigner un Ministre de l’Héritage qui va travailler dans le Ministère de la Communication. Une grande partie de son travail consistera à travailler avec l’Officier à la tête du wiki Canadien. L’officier à la tête du wiki Canadien est l’organisateur de l’eCWRA (eCanada Wiki Responbility Act) qui est une initiative passé par le Congrès qui paye les citoyens pour créer et maintenir des pages importantes du wiki. De cette façon toute les informations de notre passé coloré sont accessible a tout les citoyens, et en plus cette une bonne façon pour nos historiens d’avoir quelques dollars de plus dans leur poches pour leur travail.

Célébrations du patrimoine eCanadien: Un autre travail du Ministre de l’Héritage sera d’explorer les vénérables corridors du passé journalistique du Canada et de « poster » des anciens articles qui ont marqué le passé dans le Journal Nationale. Ceux-ci seront appelé "Minutes Du Patrimoine" en hommage aux court-métrages que l’on voit souvent a Radio-Canada et sera une façon aux d’apprendre notre histoire fantastique.

Mises à jour régulières En temps que Ministre et Ex-Ministre de la Communication les médias jouent un rôle important dans ma vision du eCanada. Cela veut dire que mon Ministre de la Communication vous donnerez des mises à jours régulières sur votre administration, et je ferais aussi des annonces présidentielles autant que possible pour avoir une meilleure idée de ce que veulent mes citoyens.

Faire des eBébé: Les nouveaux joueurs sont sans aucun doute la ressource la plus valable qu’un pays peut avoir, mais malheureusement les tentatives de "Baby Boom" ont souvent été mise de cotés. Récemment le Ministre de l’Immigration a fait un excellent travail à recruté des joueurs d’autre pays, et sous mon administration cela continuera. En plus, je veux augmenter la population avec des nouveaux joueurs. Je veux faire cela en laissant aux citoyens la chance de laisser couler librement leur imagination au lieu de juste utiliser les idées du gouvernement. Les gens imagineront leurs idées et le gouvernement donnera des récompenses. Les détails doivent encore être finis, mais mon idée est de donné des récompenses monétaires pour des citoyens qui peuvent recruter des gens dans le jeu. Un exemple pourrait être de créer une vidéo sur Youtube (ceci a déjà marché avant) et offrir 0.1 CAD par view. Si un bon vidéo attire plus de 5000 views et faire s’inscrire juste 150 nouveaux joueurs, le prix pour le Canada serait de seulement 0.1G par nouveau citoyens – un très bon retour sur l’investissement.

Enlever l’écart entre le Canada Français et le Canada Anglais: La communauté francophone à souvent été ignoré par la branche Exécutive du Gouvernement. Même si,malheuresement, je ne suis pas bilingue, je veux que mon gouvernement se fasse influencer par tous les membres de la population. Sous mon administration je vais employer un Officier de Liaison aux Québécois, qui j’espère, pourra améliorer la relation entre tout les eCanadiens. En plus, cet Officier de Liaison aidera à être la voix des Francophones dans la branche exécutive, et aidera avec des traductions quand c’est possible.

Assistance aux eBébés: Si nous allons mettre autant d’efforts pour recruté des nouveaux joueurs pour aidé la cause du Canada, nous devrions mettre autant d’effort pour les gardés. AngryMobMan a bien commencé avec l’ « Education Discovery Panel », et je veux continuer ce projet. Je voudrais aussi ramener et rajeunir le programme de Mentorat. En tant que nouveau joueur, le Nouveau Monde peut-être mêlant - assignez un Field Marshall (ou d’autre joueurs d’expérience) servira a plusieurs choses 1) S’assurer qu’il ne quitte pas le jeu avec cause la frustration ou la confusion 2) Qu’ils sont des amis et des contacts pour aidé à commencé; 3) Ils deviendront plus rapidement un membre précieux et expérimenté de la société eCanadienne. Je crois tellement fort dans le programme de Mentorat que si je suis élu je mettrais un tout de suite un lien pour aller appliquer immédiatement au programme de Mentorat dans le Welcome Message.
