Dacia Sandero owners will never get freebies

Day 763, 08:17 Published in Romania Hungary by Zoli

I am pissed again. I feel that “You Know Who” again breaks its rules. We are all equal, but “Deisia” Sandero owners are less equal then Lamborghini owners.

In one of my former articles I mentioned that game rule number one, regarding the equality of rights of player, was broken with a different price we had to pay for the training. That was solved, but once again, I think that rules are broken.

Let’s look again at game rules, especially rule nr. 1 – “All citizens are born free and equal in dignity and rights.”

Not so long time ago, in November, a new system was implemented to get GOLD. By completing forms provided by third parties through sponsored offers players can get free GOLD.

Looking at the FAQ U , I found funny explanations about the system.

“Why did you launch these sponsored offers?”….” gave us the opportunity to offer Gold to members who otherwise couldn’t buy it themselves.”

This is a truly altruistic gesture, we get free GOLD; we get money for nothing and chicks for free. NOT. They get paid for every one of us who completes the survey, according to SuperRewards “Our platform average earnings rate is $78 per 1,000 daily active unique users on your application.”, and even more as Sponsorpay promises “High revenues of $75-$1200 per 1000 users (eCPM).”

So we must rejoice, as game owners get money, so we do not have to pay to come here to fight each other. True, but only partially. Let’s look at the second part of the statement from the FAQ “to members who otherwise couldn’t buy it themselves.” I’ll write it down again, maybe you did not get it the first time – they give the possibility to get GOLD to those who otherwise couldn’t buy it themselves. FALSE.

These offers are geographically limited. They admit this in the FAQ: “Users in different countries may see different offers presented to them. Some offers are for US residents only”. From this I may understand that we may get different offers, but in reality this means that some of us, based on our residence will never get any offers. On the Sponsorpay site you can see that they have local offers for 18 countries. Looking at those 18 countries we can see that those are not countries where people could not afford to buy GOLD for real money, on the contrary, those are countries that have a higher then average income, as promoters are not stupid to promote products in countries where could not afford to buy them.

Taking into account that sponsored offers are not offered to every player, I believe that the rule regarding the equality of rights is not respected.

To be more specific if you live in Romania and drive a Dacia Sandero, you’ll never get a sponsored offer to get free GOLD, but if you live in the USA, you drive a Lamborghini but you cannot afford to buy GOLD in eRepublik, you’ll get tons of sponsored offers which give up to 33 GOLD.

Since these sponsored offers where introduced I could access only 2 ads, but both told me that they are not valid in Romania. After the first 2 days no more offers appeared as probably the system automatically sees my Romanian IP address, and spears me time to access the site just to tell me that I live in a country that is not their target.

Do not understand me wrong, I do not complain because I do not get free GOLD in a virtual game. There are almost a billion people who do not have access to safe drinking water. I complain because I see that rules are broken by those who made them, by those who are supposed to enforce them.
